Special treat
Pros:

Great location. Room was large and comfortable (854). And the staff were exemplary from check in to check out.

Cons:

Only had the time for one night.

Perfect Location
Pros:

Because we were already in Boston & just changing hotels for our last two nights, our room was ready when we arrived. The location was perfect for walking to the harbor and along Seaport with a lot of the attractions nearby. Our room was perfect, the soaking bathtub was just what we needed after a long day of walking. A few minor concerns (remote control battery needed replacing but the front desk staff had someone from engineering bring a replacement immediately, and it appeared that the mini bar was not restocked prior to our arrival but we were able to clear that up with the front desk staff).

Cons:

Offering coffee or water in the lobby would have been a nice amenity.

Highly recommended for anyone staying on Boston, perfect location, comfortable accommodations, attentive staff.
Pros:

Location was perfect and the view from our 11th floor room was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

It was great
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were always there to help. I can't tell you how nice that was...they went above and beyond.

Cons:

The only thing that we didn't like is that there was an additional charge to park in the garage....and it wasn't cheap...it was something we had to address and thankfully we found a garage just around the corner that was a lot cheaper.

Seaport hotel
Pros:

Great location at seaport, walking distance to several spots in the city and close to South-Station

Cons:

Communication from the staff could be improved, especially when you are an IHG member. When we wanted to extend, it was complicated.

Pros:

Everything! I mean yes it's swanky and pricey but you do get what you paid for!

Cons:

Don't touch the mini bar! that being said i wish there was room in the fridge for our food, and boy I wish they had a little kitchenette, there was a farmer's market near by and I so wanted to cook!
