Ruime kamer en badkamer. Zeer netjes en schoon. Heerlijk bed. Leuk koffiezaakje om de hoek voor ontbijt. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren kan bij het hotel. Goede locatie, alles dichtbij
Parkeren was wel prijzig, 65 dollar per nacht. Harbour view is er niet echt, want je kijkt vooral op het platte dak van de lagere verdiepingen.

Perfect location. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to go to - walked everywhere with my kids. Hotel was fantastic. Our room was awesome. The pool was great and I used the steam room as well. Friendly staff. Loved it. Will return for sure.
Loved everything.
Huge disappointment. First, there was jackhammering half the night. Does Boston not have a noise ordinance? I barely slept. Then wanted just a couple eggs for breakfast, but roomservice did not answer. So I showered and went downstairs and ordered exactly what was on the roomservice menu ($24 omelet) and was told that they would have to charge me $45 for the buffet. No other options. When will high end hotels realize women have money too and we don't need a lumberjack-sized meal. Even the omelet was too much food. The front desk ordered roomservice for me in the end. This did not feel like a "Luxury" experience. The "sorry ma'am" approach to customer service does not meet expectations.
We booked our stay w/ my Platinum card through American Express travel. Compared to AmEx stays at other properties like the Kimpton, Westin Copley Place and The Charles, this one just wasn't as good.
We booked a 2Q as there were 3 of us. Upon check-in, they could only give us a king with a cot. Not awful, but not what I booked. We expected an upgraded room. Our room had a view of a wall, not the water. Didn't seem like an upgrade.
Here's the real sticking point. AmEx reservations come with a $100 experience credit you can use on drinks, food, or whatever. Not here. They claim it's "illegal" to use this credit for drinks. Well, it wasn't illegal at any other hotel, so WTH? Further, in the spa, every single treatment was $200 and up. Yeah, no. Not doing that, either.
The breakfast, gym and location were all very nice. But my frustrations with this AmEx stay would keep me from staying here again.
Stayed four nights in the hotel recently . The concierge Adam was very helpful and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and very clean with a view over the waterfront . It would be a nice gesture to include some bottled water in the room cost as it is an expensive hotel . The hotel is very calm and is well located . The atmosphere is quite businesslike and perhaps lacks some warmth in atmosphere. Pool area and gym are excellent .
