Pros:

The breakfast was really good and a nice selection. I would have liked a more selection of lunch and or dinner options as we would have eaten there at the hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was not very clean, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the housekeeping service was below the standard we expected. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property need significant improvement.

Pros:

DO NOT choose this hotel if you have an electric vehicle and need a charge. We usually stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel, which has been excellent at charging our EV overnight. I called this hotel in advance, and they assured us they could charge our car. Our one night stay cost us $882.90, including $105 for parking. They promised to charge our car, but did not. The garage is not owned by the hotel, it is owned by Icon parking, and they do not have fast chargers in the garage. The concierge was useless. Don't choose this hotel if you have an EV. A five star hotel needs this service to be 5 stars, in my opinion.

Wonderful property - spectacular stay
Pros:

When staying for a recent business meeting, we were fortunate to have had our visit coordinated by two members of the leadership team, Mike & Vinson. From the well-located and beautifully up-kept property itself to the fantastic service team and special touches and attention to detail throughout the property our stay was second to none.

The onsite restaurant and speak easy could benefit from a touch of TLC with their service, but the hotel itself was absolutely perfect.

Boston Weekend for the Tall Ships!
Pros:

We could not have been happier at the Intercontinental! Fantastic service starting with pre-arrival email questions and requests (thanks Zach at the front desk), check in, bringing us a refrigerator, free waters, etc.! The location is walkable to almost everything especially the Seaport! The room and bathroom were very spacious and we loved the outdoor bar/restaurant on the harbor. If there was one thing that could improve, is maybe the valet parking could be less. We parked ourselves at a local parking garage. Other than that we were very happy!

Tutto. Camera gigante con divani e zona scrivania per lavorare,con un bagno enorme con vasca e doccia, la colazione superlativa. Servizio valer parking ottimo e molto comodo, lo staff gentilissimo. Ottima la posizione.
