Sophy at the front desk was great. I went to the counter about an issue with my bill and credits not being applied properly. She was able to see the problem and fixed it right away. No excuses, she just fixed it! That’s great customer service🤙🏾

Gorgeous Hotel
Pros:

Really beautiful hotel, great front desk, servers and housekeeping staff! Any questions or requests I had they responded back to me very quickly! I had a late flight so they kept our luggages and allowed us to stay in the lobby until it was time for us to leave. I would definitely be back!

Professional and Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

Jose Luis, was a fantastic masseur and professional! He is extremely knowledgeable about the human body. His customer service was top-tier. I highly recommend him and will be booking additional sessions. Jasmin at front desk also made my stay her comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel!

A Memorable First Stay in Atlanta

This was my first visit to Atlanta, and staying at the InterContinental Buckhead turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel had an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere throughout, and both the guest room and the facilities were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Thanks to the welcoming environment and attentive service, I was able to feel completely at ease in an unfamiliar city, making my first trip to Atlanta even more special and memorable.

In particular, Ishbel and Jazmine, who assisted us with check-in, were exceptionally proactive, professional, and helpful. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the bell staff, the concierge team, and everyone at Club InterContinental for their excellent service and for making our stay so enjoyable.
