Restaurant, that is connected to the property, it was the most poorly run restaurant i have seen in years. No host to great me, and the guy behind me. Then waited 15 mins for any one to attend to me for food..and drink. I had to look at them to motion them over. Then i order a drink that tooks more than 5 mins, and then they forgot my food, and the restaurant was about to close. I sat there for nearly 2 hours, and watched everyone else get served accept me, so i could raise some insendiary remarks...but no point. I am a United Premier Gold Member, nearly 2M miles travelling and have seen lots of places and stayed lots of hotels, but all the good that Lowes has evaporated due to this experience.

Good overall, but the price a bit steep at $250 per night including tax and fees.
Pros:

The bathroom was clean and spacious.
Plenty of clothes hangers available.
Front desk staff members were helpful.
There was a convenient shuttle bus from and to the airport.

Cons:

The room was close to the elevator, so there was some noise from it.
There was also noticeable airport noise coming from outside.
The pillows were a bit too soft for my preference.

Shane, Yuisa, Daisy, Micah made our trip great.
Pros:

Shane made our trip good since we had issue with shower, she accommodated us with amenity.
Front desk phone customer service was top notch! We appreciated the personal service from Yuisa and Daisy in the dining room. Also the evening service in dining room was terrific.
We will return! Loved the Smooth Jazz venue there.
