Have better prevention maintenance for your doors!!
Cons:

Couldn’t get into the room, had to go to reception twice, waited for maintenance 20 minutes to charge dead battery on door. All this after I just wanted to relax after a long day!

Terrible and rude decisions by awful management. Disabled Veteran got sick that morning and couldn’t leave Tennessee until 1pm EST. Asked for cancellation without fees but after four tries and an hour on phone they kept saying it was decided in different department. So frustrating and lack of empathy!! So we ended up driving 11 hours and arrived around midnight still sick. We couldn’t risk losing $400 so we pressed on. Room was okay but shower was dirty and not even slightly clean. Everything is overpriced for what you get, even the drinking water! We will NOT recommend this hotel

Cons:

No había agua en el cuarto y te cobraban una botella $8. Cuando llegamos nos dieron una tarjeta con otro número de cuarto , pudo ser peligros ya que intentamos entrar a un cuarto que no era el nuestro.
