Pros:

The staff was so patient with the family ahead of us. They had issues with another hotel and she was so helpful. She could've showed frustration, but never did. Kudos to her!

Cons:

The smell in the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It wasnt pungent, just there.

Great value for large families!
Pros:

The spaciousness of the rooms, the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our large family. The kitchen was great for our extended stay. It allowed us to buy groceries and cook our own meals at the hotel instead of going out to eat everyday.

Cons:

I wish there was an oven in the kitchen.
