Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviewers explicitly noted clean rooms and comfortable, tidy accommodations; one report of a very dirty room reduces score slightly.
Service
9.8
Service is frequently praised (friendly front desk, outstanding staff, prompt shuttle/park & fly assistance, named staff praised); a single mention of 'terrible service' tempers but does not outweigh the many positive comments.
Location
9.7
Consistently described as a great, convenient location—right across from the airport and useful for quick stays and transfers.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are often described as comfortable with good layouts and some with kitchenettes; mixed notes about outdated decor, occasional noise near elevators, and at least one very hard/uncomfortable bed.
Amenities
8
Amenities like a kitchenette and a reliable park-and-fly shuttle are appreciated, but limited/no breakfast service and some dated public areas lower the score.
Value for Money
8.6
Park & Fly package and generally efficient, clean stays provide good perceived value for many guests; a few guests expected more creature comforts for the price.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Several reviewers noted that breakfast was unavailable or limited (suggestions for grab-and-go options); while some compensated with in-room kitchenettes, overall F&B offerings are weak.
Overall Experience
9.6
Overall impressions are positive: comfortable, clean rooms, strong customer service, and convenient location create an enjoyable experience for most guests despite some isolated negatives (bed firmness, missed breakfast, occasional maintenance issues).

I need a quick, clean, comfortable night's sleep, and you delivered.
Cons:

The in-room alaarm went off at 6 a.m. Set by a previous resident? I don't know. But I wouldn't think to clear that before going to bed.

Friendly, cozy, welcoming, with feelings of home!

Supremely cozy and welcoming! Front desk check-in was incredibly welcoming and warm and truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Great open room and very comfortable. And not to mention the Autumn decor was such a sweet touch everywhere!

Cons:
