Choice properties are good moderate priced hotels. They are our go-to when travelling.
Pros:

typical breakfast. older building, but pretty nice updates, just need more.

Cons:

This is an older building. The company needs to work to improve additional outlets, usb/usbc (only one portable bank outlet on one side of bed). This is inconvenient for a couple with multiple bedside requirements. Another "shortcut" the shower has liquid shampoo and conditioner but not soap - old-style little soaps - why not just put the third liquid dispensor in? It is like the remodel just stopped short and the misses are low-cost items!

Pros:

We stayed here for several days, so it started feeling like home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. Everything seemed to go very well and perfectly on our visit.

Comfortable bed once found a way to climb up into it.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

I liked having a small kitchen in my room.
I also liked having a recliner so that I didn't have to watch tv sitting in bed.

Cons:

The bed was way too tall. I am short so I had to use the dinning room chair to help me get into bed each time I got into bed.

Cons:

There was a problem with the elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up to the fourth floor myself! I wanted to keep the same room for another two days, but it had already been booked by someone else. I was asked to switch rooms, so I decided to move to a different hotel instead.

The first time I stayed there I felt like I was at home.
Pros:

Close proximity to everything that I do in the Madison area.
Also very clean every time we have stayed there. This last visit was our third time there since 2022

Cons:

The pool is so cold!!
Different breakfast options would be nice
