It was clean and maintained
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at check-in and when leaving in the morning was very friendly. I checked in a bit late and was given a ground floor room near the lobby, so it got very noisy in the hallway in the morning. Only one night, so just a small issue. Lots of restaurant choices in the area.

The bed
The entire staff at the hotel were courteous and professional throughout my time at the hotel. The front desk staff greeted me whenever I entered and exited the hotel. Courtney and Alyssa responded in a timely manner with my requests during my stay at the hotel. This is my third year at the hotel, and I will continue to stay at the hotel on a yearly basis.
The toilet seat did not stay up.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Extremely clean rooms, responsive service, comfy bed and towels. Great value for the price.
Fast alles. Bequeme Betten, alles sehr sauber, freundliche Leute, ausreichend Parkplätze, tolles Badezimmer. Es gab kostenlos guten Kaffee. Die Küchenzeile war sehr praktisch für uns, so konnten wir uns selbst versorgen. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut und hat unsere Nachtruhe etwas gestört.

I was woken up at 4.45 By something in the mechanical room that was really noisy. The staff were really attentive to my compliant and offered me another room.
We had a great experience. Our flight arrived way early so I figured it might be a problem getting a room. However, Alyssa who is working the front desk totally accommodated us. She was totally easy to deal with and get along with, And she was actually training a new person named Esmeralda V who was equally accommodating. We stay there often and will continue to stay there as long as we visit Idaho. Great rooms. Great property but the best staff!!

First time we stayed on bottom floor. Loved that. Second time on 3rd floor. Due to handicap requested bottom floor. Did not get. That was the only thing that was negative.
