Fantastic will be booking for next year
Pros:

Fantastic room for three people. Plenty of coffee ,tea and toiletries, plenty of towels.Beds comfortable room very spacious.

Cons:

Bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade but was clean.

Great location - would recommend
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Would definitely stay there again :-)

Cons:

Decor slightly dated but that didn't detract from what is overall a lovely hotel.

Location. Less than two blocks from British Museum, five from Holborn station
Pros:

Great location. Nice staff. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Bathroom too small. We got a room at ground level, facing the garden but there was no view. Just the cleaning staff patio with its tools. That part was not pretty.

A very nice room in the front of the property with beautiful full size Georgian sash windows. Great location and good breakfasts

Cons:

I thought the staff were not as well organised as they could have been. The staff guest ratio was generous.

Muy buena, ubicación y personal muy buenos. Instalaciones se pueden mejorar con poca cosa.

Cons:

Había reservado con aire acondicionado y la primera noche me mandaron a otro sector del hotel con otro nombre en un día de 35°, al protestar me cambiaron al otro día
