Bottles of water should be available in the rooms for free even for non-Hilton members. The water for tea in the lobby was not hot. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet.

Great customer service. Was thrilled to find out that you were pet friendly when we had an unexpected stop in Groton. They also allowed us a slightly later check out when I wasn't feeling well. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Air conditioner couldn’t be set below 70, so it was quite warm in that big room trying to sleep. Could have used a better clean, cops were there on my second day (no clue what for) so a bit of a safety concern
