For the very 1st time we were on the top floor the view was amazing, our room was always lovely my Husband and I enjoyed the bars and the restaurants.

Great position
I liked the pool area.
Our room looked really dingy. The windows were filthy, and inside the bathroom cabinets, there was so much dust I could have written my name in it. The carpet throughout the hotel didn’t look clean, and the furniture near the elevators was frayed and just looked old and tired. The buffet was just okay, and the coffee was both cold and not very good. Definitely not what I would consider a 5-star hotel.
