The pool and slides
Love the atmosphere and the location and swimmingpools
The only thing I feel is that I pay top $ to be in a 5 star hotel and I have to ask for my bed to be made and rhe coffee cups to be replaced each day of my stay and the even if I did turn my sign on it isn't done by around 4-5 un the afternoon. I expect more from the crown. Other that that it's great

Check in was ment to be 3pm, we arrived early to be told the room would be about 1 hour - which was fair as we were early.
We were eventually given our room at 3.35pm without any apology which I feel was not acceptable
