Stay at Crown Metropol
Pros:

Loved the room and the location as we were eating there and attended a show on premises. We're especially pleased with a room upgrade on arrival.

Probably as would be ascertained never again to be an annoying client requesting service expected.
Cons:

A dirty room , why should I look at a grubby carpet a rubbish bin full a depleted fridge very annoying and just I’m on a break and have to work at prices charged for a comfortable stay.
I don’t wish to have to clean up wash up wipe benches pick up debris as a result if am un vacuumed carpet.

Good facilities but had a very disappointing stay, wont be back here or recommend anyone staying here.

My room was dirty, I had to asked four times for them to deliver a cot, and I told reception my tv wasn’t working and no one came.

Over all very happy
Pros:

Good buffet for breakfast and dinner. So good having the Crown Theatre next door as we went to the Michael Jackson Show.

Cons:

Toilet rolls of one ply really let the hotel down. If being frugal was the idea, it doesn't work when you use three times the amount of sheets and in a five star hotel, not a good idea. With your hotel being 5 star we would have expected more towels on arrival and daily changing.

Clean and tidy, but out of the way...
Pros:

It was close to the wedding we were attending. The facililities were great and would have been suitable for summer months. Pool area looked wonderful. One night we did eat at: The Merrywell, and that was wonderful. Delicious food and drinks available - large portion sizes.

Cons:

We were going to hire a car but are so glad that we didn't as parking was very expensive. The food choices were limited and the public transport in Perth is not what we anticipated. Location is very out of the way and hence alot of money was spent on ubers. Good if you're looking for a get away which is purely for relaxation and getting away from the hussle and bussle. Food options are limited if you're on a budget.
