Just a few niggles.
Battery in the safe faulty had to get the staff to replace.
Sent wrong breakfast to the room but all these sorted by staff so all ok. Will go again as we loved our time there.

The valet that received for checking was quick very helpful super reactif and very nice we couldntn have a better 1st impression it went downhill after that.

We couldn't stream netflix on the Tv due to the hotel wifi using proxy or vpn. We asked reception to send an IT guy but he was of no use.
The parking is far away from the hotel lobby.

There was a giant marquee outside our window for the greatest showman, it was so loud that we could hear it through our widow all WE.
On our last day when we thought we will have a quiet morning they decided to do some drills. I understand the necessity of them but it was a bad timing.
Finally the food is average but overpriced.
