Pros:

The free hot breakfast was great and clean. The staff was very on top of the food area

Cons:

Unexpected rules and hidden fees at check-in set a bad tone. The room had an overwhelming smell that made me nauseous, and the bed and pillows provided a terrible night's sleep.

Fantastic hotel in every level!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Nice selection of both hot and cold foods. Dining area was clean and staff very nice.
The room was spotless! Full kitchenette, nice sitting area with a large TV. THE WHOLE room was very, very nice! Staff was great, genuinely sincere, very pleasant. I didn't utilize the pool or gym, but they looked nice and very clean. We used their shuttle to/from the airport. No wait either way... very timely. Just a great experience all the way around.

Cons:

I would have preferred bacon in place of sausage for breakfast, but I'm groping to list something I didn't like.

Muy buen lugar, comodo y cerca del aeropuerto

Excelente ubicacion cerca del Aeropuerto, ademas muy conveniente el Shuttle que trae y lleva al aeropuerto.
El desayuno es bastante bueno, y las habitaciones son comodas.
Las habitaciones suites con cocina son amplias y tienen todo lo necesario, incluso los utencilios no estan viejos ni oxidados como en otros hoteles similares.

Cons:

El ambiente en los pasillos es quizas un poco viejo y olor a humedad pero en las habitaciones no.
Las toallas de la piscina son muy chicas y no secan nada.

Would use again as a transit hotel- but find coffee somewhere else !
Pros:

Very quiet - Room was spacious!
Breakfast space was good - as was WiFi.

Cons:

Coffee was terrible !!! Undrinkable! 😰

Needed sometime to go with the eggs - bacon / sausages ..

Airport shuttle driver more concerned work arrivals. Left me at complete wrong end of the check ins - had to walk for 15mins + 😰

Excellent facilities, but disappointing reservation experience.
Pros:

The hotel itself has many positive aspects. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the airport shuttle service was very convenient and helpful. The property is well maintained, and overall it is a comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

We had a difficult experience with our reservation, although the issue was eventually resolved.

Our confirmed Booking.com reservation was for a Studio with two double beds. Due to a problem with the credit card pre-authorization process, the hotel informed us upon arrival that the original reservation could not be used, even though the reservation was still showing as completed in Booking.com.

Travelling with an 8-year-old child, arriving late in the evening, this was a very stressful situation. We had to accept a different room type (a Studio with one double bed) at the hotel.

I would like to thank the General Manager for reviewing the situation afterwards and arranging the refund of the original charge. The final resolution was handled professionally.

My main recommendation for the hotel would be to improve communication regarding payment authorization issues, so guests do not experience this kind of uncertainty upon arrival.

Loved it and convenient to the airport. The shuttle is very efficient.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding as were the people who prepared and set out all the variety of food. Lots of choices and nice places to sit.

Cons:

Slow elevators, but we got by. Not really an issue so much as an observation.
