All in all, a pleasant and satisfying stay.
Pros:

There was a decent but not extensive breakfast. The room was satisfactory but the location too distant from the elevator for one with badly arthritic knees. It was very clean. I thought I was getting a roll-in shower, but sadly no.

Cons:

The room was too far from the elevator.

Wonderful Front Desk Staff, great stay
Pros:

The staff was great, especially the woman working the front desk- so helpful and kind, definitely made the stay so enjoyable. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was great. Shuttle was on time. Can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend

Permettre de petit déjeuner des 6h du matin, fins de semaine comprises, pour tous ceux qui travaillent et/ou prennent l'avion le matin. Faire en sorte que les climatiseurs soient silencieux, avoir des chambres moins impersonnelles et mieux eclairees

Decent Stay if You Want to be Near the Airport
Pros:

We traveled from Jamaica and spent a week.
It is a good hotel to stay if you want to be near the airport. If you want to be close to south beach or the city it’s about 20-30 minutes drive. The rooms and general areas were clean and comfortable. Everything you needed to feel comfortable for your stay was provided. Special shout out to our housekeeper Belmy. She was so sweet
Complimentary basic continental breakfast is available every morning and staff were polite and ensured everything was replenished in a timely manner. Socials available during the week at 5:30pm with light food, snacks and drinks.
The airport shuttle is great for arrivals but we had to Uber when we were leaving as we were informed we would be dropped off at arrivals and would have to find departures by ourselves and we didn’t want the hassle.
The shuttle that used to go to dolphin mall is no longer existent so bear that in mind if you plan to visit dolphin mall close by.
Overall the experience was good and I would recommend to other travelers.

Confusing instructions for shuttle from airport-signage on their buses was somewhat misleading. Multiple hotels were listed along with Homewood Suites that made it look like advertising rather than one specific hotel destination. Finally gave up and called an uber
