Something has changed…this visit disappointing
Pros:

I travel to the area for 2-4 days a month. When my favorite Airbnb is booked I usually stay here. It’s a Great location and extremely friendly staff. I’ve stayed 3-4 times in the past. The first room had an hvac issue. The manager on duty was very accommodating and moved me quickly to another room.

Cons:

I felt like the grounds outside were very nice kept vs the previous times I’ve stayed. The refrigerator made a lot of noise and the supplies were minimal (coffee/towels). I was disappointed as I’ve stayed before and everything was great. I couldn’t pinpoint it, but something has changed. I don’t know if I’ll stay again.

The stay was brief so we did not have a bad experience. Just make some minor changes
Pros:

We stopped to sleep so we were not there very long. The room was clean. The room we booked (with 2 beds) ac did not work when we got there the receptionist moved us to another room (with 1 bed) and stayed to make sure the ac worked so that was very nice.

Cons:

after the ac in the first room did not work and we were moved to the next room there was a family with kids that was walking around outside banging on the windows I informed the receptionists of this. Then running up and down the hallways at 9 oclock at night. I wish that the hotel had quiet hours.

Nice hotel- confusion with third party booking.
Pros:

Easy access and employees were very nice.

Cons:

The correct information was not shared between Booking and the hotel. They had no record that I had already paid and pressed to have me pay again. Fortunately I could pull up proof that it was paid and then the hotel agreed. Also, I booked an accessible room which we were not given and there wasn’t one available. The other room was supposed to be two double beds and both rooms we were given had one bed each. Sleeping was very tight and uncomfortable. I have no way of knowing if this was an issue with the hotel or with Booking. I have used Booking for years and this has never happened before.

Awesome experience and definitely recommend.
Pros:

Fanciest room I’ve ever stayed in. Will definitely consider Candlewood Suites in the future.

Cons:

Couldn’t stay longer than one night. Lol.

Not the best looking hotel but the beds are comfortable and the water pressure is good

Pros:

Our room was just right around the corner from the desk, and the room was cool when we walked in.

Cons:

The t.v. was small and out dated the dish box was mounted to the back of the TV. I used the usb cable from yhe tv and hooked up my Xbox making the dish non functioning. The shower although stated a handicap room and had a seat was no wider than a normal tub and the shower head was a cheap hose spray nozzle.

Perfect for me.
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is no frills like breakfast or large lounge area but for me it was perfect. It is a bit outdated but the room was great! Spacious and great for work with a large desk area.
