It’s a beautiful place. Very warm atmosphere and family friendly. It was pretty clean, the room was lovely, breakfast was awesome and the staff was wonderful! The kids loved the pool and patio area. The amenities were perfect for families.

Cons:

I love the pool outside, my only issue was bugs in the pool. Not that we can help Mother Nature, but they were particularly heavy for a while. Much better on Monday when it was cleaned!!

I did plug back in the lamp in the bedroom and one of the charger ports was broken, but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It was a good experience.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast, happy hour and overall hotel was excellent. The maintenances staff, Sam was outstanding and so friendly.

Cons:

Front desk receptionist was rude and not friendly. On the second day, our card keys weren’t working 4 times and she had an attitude toward us when we told her they were still not working.

Only 20 minutes from downtown and lots i. the area.

Cons:

We were not able to adjust the temp in our room. The thermostat did not work and it was hot.

Room was clean
Pros:

Stopped here while passing through the area. Hotel was fine, very pet friendly. Check in not great. It seemed like we were bothering them because we wanted to check in. Definitely not friendly or very customer service oriented.

Room was fine. Bed was OK. The shower could have been cleaner.

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety & clean area.

One of the best hotel staffs you could ask for!
Pros:

The staff at the Staybridge are fantastic. I had royally screwed up my reservation and they helped me tremendously both to get the issues with the reservation I made incorrectly and to get the correct reservation taken care of on short notice. They we super kind, and very understanding. It's rare finding such exceptional customer service, especially when I was the one that messed up. The rooms we stellar as well. Clean, spacious, and quiet.

Very disappointing compared to successful experiences at other Staybridge locations!
Pros:

The front desk and breakfast buffet staff were very nice.
The two-bedroom suite was a good size for us.

Cons:

Breakfast: too many refined carbs and sugary items, not enough protein or healthy options. Chairs in dining area all had dirty/stained seats.
No hot water in kitchen sink in our suite. Bathroom shower leaked all over floor despite shower curtain being in place and prior water damage was evident from stains on ceiling and floor. Carpet worn and dirty. Noise from another room or suite was audible from late night to 2 or 3 a.m. and interfered with sleep in one of the bedrooms. Not enough waste baskets and ones there were were too small given that cleaning services have been reduced to twice a week. Defective desk chair. Dirty fabric on easy chair in middle room.

Cons:

I had ANTS completely infested in my room. Videos were shown to staff of ants that got inside my lap top computer for work and inside my backpack and on my clothes. Ants were in the bathroom kitchen everywhere!!

Love Staybridge hotels!
Pros:

Very clean, wonderful bedding, kitchen and bathroom facilities. New, very cozy hotel. Even has a dog area!

Cons:

Checking in process. When we arrived, nobody was at the front desk and there was no visible way to let the reception know that we arrived. We could hear the reception person's very loud personal conversation all the way from the back room. When we called her, she didn't seem to be very happy to be distracted.

Pros:

Absolutely LOVED this Hotel. I stayed at this hotel with a large group, and everything went great! From Check In, to Breakfast , the rooms and special requests we made. The Hotel itself is so adorable and comfortable. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It was my first time staying at a StayBridge hotel, but if they are all like this, it definitely won't be my last!
