Pros:

The room was perfect for a family with a small child for an extended stay. Staff thoroughly cleaned the facility daily and location was close to all the activities we planned.

Cons:

The towels need upgrading- small in size and scratchy / not super absorbent.

Acceptable stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable and very quiet. The blackout blinds worked great, the breakfast was good, and I felt safe throughout my stay.

Cons:

There were several cleanliness issues that negatively affected our stay. The most concerning was a towel that appeared stained or burned. It was difficult to tell what had happened to it, but it certainly did not look clean enough to be provided to guests.

A great hotel with full amenities for a short or long stay with good value.
Pros:

We really appreciate this location because it's close to the airport and offsite parking. It's also great to have the kitchen with a full frig and freezer, as well a microwave, dishwasher and stove. We took our meal and warmed it up and were thankful for the easy clean up before we left early the next morning for the airport. The shower is big and has a rain shower head too, which we always a perk!

Cons:

It was a bit noisy as people move about in the halls and get settled but once they got into their rooms, the noise was far less.

Ideal hotel for families
Pros:

The Residency by Best Western was a cute little hotel situated out of the main city of Toronto. We hired a car and the hotel had free parking, which was ideal. The location is a wee drive from the main city, but close to the airport. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the kids loved the waffle machines and the food options. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean and were ideal for us as it had a kitchen for us to cook our dinner meals. A few different food options close by and a supermarket. Close to a bus stop too if needed. We enjoyed our stay here.
