Pros:

We rented a suite for my wife and kids. There are 5 of us, including 3 kids. They provided only 3 towels in the bathroom, so we had to share them. The hallway smells musty, like old, rotten wood.

I like the location of the hotel and the kitchen Facilities available in the room.

Cons:

The washroom looked dirty. The Ac wasn’t functioning well though out my stay and the breakfast had very limited options.

Окна не открываются. Это не норма.
Pros:

Парковка, удобный заезд/выезд.

Cons:

1. Окна не открываются. Даже Кондиционер не решит проблему свежего воздуха. Хотя бы с ограничителем открывалось бы окно.
2. Крышка ковшика не подходила по размеру.
3. Кружки были грязные
Ручки дверей кухонного шкафа и комода были липкими.
4. На завтрак была одноразовая посуда. Для отеля это не приемлемо.
5. Кровати скрипят. Смажьте и проблемы нет.
6. Кресло у рабочего стола также скрипит. Аналогично можно решит это.

It was pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and so was the location.

Cons:

More attention to details should be paid to the room’s amenities as the room was not equipped for 3 guests as per the reservations. Only 1 set of towels were provided and toiletries for 2 guests were provided. But on request , the towels were made available right away.

Air-conditioning...after first night all family had sore throat...even after +21 degrees was comfortable but too dry air...baby and me are still coughing, dust allergy

Bien équipé, joliment décoré, hôtel très pratique assez proche de Toronto (voiture indispensable)
Pros:

Un mini-appartement, bien agencé et bien décoré dans un hôtel avec toutes commodités : petite piscine (appréciable pour se détendre), salle de sport et parking pour les voitures.

Cons:

La voiture est indispensable pour accéder à l'hôtel.
