The room smelled like urine very disgusting. After letting them know about the room they said they don't have any more rooms, after complaining to write a bad review suddenly the room was available. The next room was ok microwave was very greasy. Will never come back here or any best Western hotels

Cons:

The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It was either too cold or too hot, and it was rarely comfortable. We stayed for several days, and the breakfast menu was exactly the same every morning, with no variety. While our overall stay was fine, improving the temperature control and offering more breakfast options would make the guest experience much better.

Une grande suite/chambre à prix abordable pour Toronto
Pros:

L'emplacement près de l'autoroute 401 et près de multiples restaurants. La chambre pour ses commodités, propreté et espace.

Cons:

Un seul ascenseur pour tout l'hôtel et autant pour les services que pour les clients. L'ascenseur était lent.
