Room was clean.
Check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 5 and was told the room not ready. Had to wait 15 mins in lobby until room was ready. Staff didn't seem concerned about the inconvenience. Hotel is overall in bad shape. Halls and room walls are damaged and paint chipped. Breakfast was included but not that great. I know it's a hotel breakfast so I didn't expect much but was not impressed at all. Overall I won't book again here.
Was very nice, just not room that was booked 1month in advance. And nonfunctional refrigerator.
We enjoyed our stay. Loved the jet tub in the room. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn't like the fact the pool was closed and we were not informed.
We didn't like that my name through Booking was messed up and it took some time to find our reservation.
Location was great for the 401 as well lots of near by restaurants.
Arrived on a Thursday and no new towels or bedding or garbage emptied until Monday. The only reason I got them done was I hunted down cleaning staff and asked them to do it which they did right away.
Location was good,we walked to where we wanted to go.... everything was close.

It's probably one of the worst hotels for us. Management was extremely unprofessional, highly rude, and dismissive. Please note that specific fees are not displayed at all on their site. We tried desperately to come to some resolve. However, we were lied to and avoided. It is our opinion that it was not worth, nor would it ever be worth our future accommodation.

room was clean and comfy
$50 per night for 7 nights as a security deposit? $350 worth of security deposit.. then Saturday night at 11pm NO HOT water. when I called I was told yes they were working on a LEAK, I said maybe a notice sent out to all guest would have been appreciate .. This morning Sunday morning at 8:30am STILL NO HOT WATER.. NO discounts no Notice .. absolutely ridiculous ....

The breakfast was not cooked well through. Not alot of selection, and the serving spoons were a hot mess... Also only one staff member as a cook. That poor girl! More staff in the kitchen and more selection ie: both sausage and bacon ...
Sheets were stained with blood. Luckily I had my own sheets.
Ash and Manpreet were amazing. I didn't bring it to anyone attention as I saw quite a few guests being turned away for rooms are hotel was sold out.
Being a hotelier, I know the challenges and kept it to myself as I saw the staff working extremely hard.
