Poor Service and Cleanliness
Pros:

We left Staybridge London Ontario after just one night and moved to another hotel. We found a used towel from the previous guest hanging behind the bathroom door, making us question the room’s cleanliness. A housekeeper entered our room without knocking and later gave us a false name. Daniel at the front desk was rude, frequently left reception unattended, and responded disrespectfully when we politely asked for bottled water for our two children. The sofa bed had no sheets, blanket, or comforter, and the bedding bag in the closet was empty. After asking for bedding, we received only sheets. We also saw hotel bed linens being dried in the same machines used by guests, raising serious hygiene concerns. The manager was rude, defensive, raised his voice, refused to investigate or apologize, and insisted we leave at 11:00 a.m. even though the posted checkout time was 12:00 noon. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had, and we will never return or recommend this hotel.

I would go back just some overall more cleaness
Pros:

Breakfast was good but 2 times they had to change the milk flies were in it. Also the untensils were dirty sometimes

It was somewhat OK. The dampness in the suite really was awful.
Pros:

Nice suite, good amenities.

Cons:

The suite was very damp and we could not get rid of the dampness.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

First time at a StayBridge hotel. Was really impressed by my room. Had everything in it you could ask for if staying a few days. The little kitchenette was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Cons:

Was a little disappointed in the breakfast, it did have good choices of breakfast food but was cold. It seemed that the hot foods were not kept warmed .

If you don’t run into the male staff member who finds rudeness easier than kindness, you will have a lovely stay!
Pros:

The location is great, breakfast is great!

Cons:

The male staff member at the front desk upon check in was absolutely awful to deal with. He had no customer service skills, he was very rude and condescending. We even called before to ask a question and he was very rude on the phone. I don’t think he realizes kindness is free. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and this time will be the last given how rude he was. Made the experience very sour from the start. It’s unfortunate because everyone else was kind, and helpful.

Not horrible but could be cleaner.
Pros:

Staff nice enough. Good location. Quiet.

Cons:

Room could use better cleaning standards. Dust bunnies on floor with hair, black dirt in shower left from cleaning, flies in lobby, breakfast was ok, but kind of disturbing to see hard boiled eggs in water looking old, jam container filthy, granola station looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, and etc.

TV AWKWARD POSITION
Pros:

We stayed in a studio suite. It was very clean. Sheets were good quality. However, I watched my husband trip because the floor is uneven. When sleeping, the radiator/ac is very loud. It turns on and off. The TV is in an awkward position, against the wall, on the side of the bed, not directly in front. Hard to watch TV. It took forever to shower because of the low water pressure. Breakfast was included but our group of 11 found it difficult to find a table for all of us. If you want to watch TV, find a room with TV in front of the bed.
