Needs some maintenance
The staff

-The bed covers and sheets were full of body hair from the previous guest. Fortunately, we had brought our own bedding with us.
-There was a very strong smell of burnt oil throughout the lobby.
-The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point that the springs were digging into your body. Fortunately, the friendly and helpful reception staff quickly replaced it with a proper bed and a comfortable mattress.
-The breakfast area was extremely small and overcrowded, often requiring guests to wait for a long time before a table became available. The number of tables inside the dining area was barely more than could be counted on two hands.
-In addition, the breakfast service was poorly equipped to handle the number of guests staying at the hotel. Many items ran out quickly, and guests often had to wait a considerable amount of time for the kitchen to replenish them.

A beeping sound was coming from a locked closet, I believe it houses the air conditioning system. We noticed the noise as soon as we arrived and informed the staff, who promised to send someone to fix it. We went out for an event and returned around midnight; the beeping was still going on, and we had to sleep with that noise.
We checked out on Sunday morning, but the next day Monday once I was back home, I realized I had left two shirts in the room. I called immediately to see if they had been found; the employee on the phone said he would check with housekeeping and get back to me, but he never did. I called again on Tuesday; I was once again assured that they would check and call me back, but again, I heard nothing. I called a third time on Wednesday, and that was when I was informed that nothing had been found in the room. There’s a good chance I left those shirts in the room; perhaps if they had checked on Monday, when I called, they would have found them.

The management should focus on cleanliness. Dirt and stains on the floor and so many spots.
Some of front desk staff don't greet customers even if your eyes comes into theirs. They don't even nod to you. No smiles!!!

provide a paper receipt when requested.
if free breakfast was offered, it should be hot . the oatmeal was watery
the pool is too small for several groups of people
washer and dryers have been broke for several weeks per a long term customer
room was too far from the elevator
front desk clerk referred us to Chinese buffet for dinner; didnt know it was $39 a person

The pool area was clean, however there were no clean towels available. I had to go to the desk to get some (which is OK as it was close to end of day) but then no one came to restock so every time someone else came in, they would have to do the same. The other thing was that our room had a dishwasher, super helpful however I'm very certain the dishes in it were still dirty from the previous guest. We ran it as we checked out.

The AC was to loud

Check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 5 and was told the room not ready. Had to wait 15 mins in lobby until room was ready. Staff didn't seem concerned about the inconvenience. Hotel is overall in bad shape. Halls and room walls are damaged and paint chipped. Breakfast was included but not that great. I know it's a hotel breakfast so I didn't expect much but was not impressed at all. Overall I won't book again here.

Arrived on a Thursday and no new towels or bedding or garbage emptied until Monday. The only reason I got them done was I hunted down cleaning staff and asked them to do it which they did right away.

We didn't like the fact the pool was closed and we were not informed.
We didn't like that my name through Booking was messed up and it took some time to find our reservation.
