Good but bad
Pros:

Walking distance from the Alamodome, Riverwalk Mall, The Alamo.

Cons:

They are doing construction and we stayed in room 201. Pretty much above the construction area. You could hear the hammering, cutting, people yelling. Noisy area.

The staff made the experience. They made my daughter and I feel valued.
Pros:

The property itself was beautiful. It was a short distance from the Alamodome and felt cozy from the moment we walked in

The parking is tricky there but it’s because of where it’s located

Pros:

Hôtel proche du centre , 20 min à pied du centre ville , chambre spacieuse avec cuisine équipée , belle vue sur la ville mais au calme , bon petit déjeuner , salle de sport petite mais fonctionnelle , n’a pas testé la piscine , ni la zone repas extérieur car trop chaud , personnel serviable, nous avons changé de chambre à cause de la Clim trop bruyante

Cons:

La Clim bruyante aux usa mais bon, et le parking payant , même si celui ci est surveillé par un vigile H24 c rassurant

I will totally go back and stay again love it was family oriented and employees we're very nice

Just first night of stay housekeeper did not clean our room my daughter had to be the housekeeper change sheets and towels but next day was excellent

Not the best but it was okay
Pros:

It was very close to the Alamo dome, the breakfast was really good

Cons:

1-the parking lot did not have a lot of shade, had to walk quite a bit to get there
2- my blanket was torn open from one edge, I don’t think those blankets should be used
3- the sofa bed mattress was really really thin and super uncomfortable

Very clean, comfortable, good value and would stay again.
Pros:

Clean, excellent location. comfortable, light corner suite, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. There was construction in or near the front lobby, but the front desk provided us a room far from any noise.

Despite room service and front desk staff, great!
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff who served were very attentive to guests' needs. The beds were comfortable, but cleanliness needs some attention. The front desk staff members were not enthusiastic.

Cons:

Poor room service. Items like toilet paper, towels, tissue paper, and body wash were not replenished after the first day of the stay. We needed to call their attention to it.

Great stay
Pros:

Breakfast , Cleanliness, room space, front desk staff was very nice and helpful

Cons:

Parking Prices, one of the breakfast staff was disengaged. He had a mad look the whole time and looked unapproachable. I saw a guest trying to speak to him and he just ignored the guest. His attitude does not align with hotel hospitality.

Loved our room and location, once renevations are complete it will be much better

Location to the Alamodome

Cons:

The breakfast area is u set construction and the area they have it in is beyond small, not enough room to sit and eat. Our son used the pull out sofa to sleep and the bed sheet/blanket set was sub par....the blanket was as thick as the sheet, very disappointing
