The rooms and common areas were cleaned.
The pool and gym was out of service the entire 7 days we were there and then the only elevator in the building broke down.
The rooms were decent sized and comfortable.
The pool was closed without any notice. I brought a swim suit for me and my son as well as an extra towel and once I arrived at the hotel, all the notice that was given was a note on the front desk. No discount, no apology for not being transparent when the reservations were made well in advance. The other issue my party and I had (and the group I was with spanned over 6 rooms) was that every single one of us called ahead and asked if we could check in early. We were all informed by the front desk that we could. Me and my family were told 1:30, but our room was not available until about 2:45, which led to me and my husband sitting in our car waiting for over an hour. Another room associated with my party was told 2, but their room was not available until 4, which is standard check in time. The real problems occurred the following day, when members of my party were told well in advance they could check in early, but the hotel did not have their rooms ready, leaving them to scramble to get ready for the event we were gathering for in one of the rooms of the people who stayed the prior night. Just a really crummy thing to do to your customers. This hotel was disappointing.
Arrived to the location to find out my reservation was over booked and the had to send me to the Hilton in which they shared a parking lot with I paid for a 1 bedroom suit they said I'd have all same amenities I did not it was a studio no privacy from the kiddos the breakfast was horrible at the hilton as well so over all the rental man at checking was amazing the booking did however go smoothly but very upset at the price I paid to not get the exact type of room I booked and no advanced notice at all
Needs better communication and look at the system and see what its allowing them to over book you

The Breakfast was not very good. Lacking and not very good. For hot food. As for all the cold food and pastries they were what you would expected.

I like that the suites are spacious.
We stayed for 8 nights. Smoke alarm in our room kept going off on its own in the middle of the night. Reported to front desk but no one came to fix it until our last night because it was not stopping at all. Front desk came and took the smoke alarm off for it to stop. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty and smelled like pee. Tv is old. Damages in every corner of the room. Never got to use the microwave because it was broken. People drinking in the lobby at night. Will not stay here again.
