What was there to like. Had never experienced the type of treatment visiting somewhere from out of town before. I was there in Tennessee for the first time on Spring Break and from that horrible experience it makes me never want to visit the state of Tennessee again.
We were double charged for a 1 night stay. Staff and especially the manager there was rude and unprofessional when we complained about the condition of the room being nasty with uncomfortable beds and that fact that I was overcharged. She lied and claimed we were irate and yelled at her and called the Tennessee Police Department on us and had us escorted off of the property instead taking accountability for their mistake and making right we were treated unfair and humiliated by the property manager there. She even addressed me as a girl and I am a grown 44 year old woman.
Good location...near a lot of restaurants, clean and the staff was very nice. Parking lot is small and caused a little inconvenience with finding a good parking spot but the hotel offered to reimburse the guest if they had to park in the paid parking area.

Fold out couch bed was not comfortable.
Everyone was so nice. Our room was spacious. The bathroom was a bit tight with the toilet and door. The bed was amazing. We slept great, never felt each other move at all.

need updated. Rooms were tiny and beds did not seem like queen sizes. Breakfast was a mess with lots of items out, no silverware, etc

The place had an odor from the time we walked in but when we walked in our room the smell was horrible. The manager brought us keys to a room right above the room we were in and it was just as bad. Rooms were not clean, furniture was filthy and the odor was absolutely horrible! We got our stuff back in the car, went to the front Desk where they were very nice about it and did not charge us. We went to Holiday Inn and Suites downtown and it was amazing there for almost the same price.

It had an awful smell in the room. The stairways were gross smelling & carpet was all stained up.

Elevator to slow. Needs two wafer makers.
