It was fine
Pros:

Breakfast was good, it smelled nice in the hotel and room

Cons:

There was dead roaches in the floor of the room and there was limited parking so when we came back that night we had to pay $22 to park in the next hotel over.

Comfortable Stay at the Staybridge
Pros:

Staff was accommodating. My girls asked for more tissue and towels not realizing we were already fully stocked. The staff didn't complain. They just provided what was asked of them.

Cons:

The furniture was a little worn.

A Guest's Worst Nightmare!!!
Pros:

What was there to like. Had never experienced the type of treatment visiting somewhere from out of town before. I was there in Tennessee for the first time on Spring Break and from that horrible experience it makes me never want to visit the state of Tennessee again.

Cons:

We were double charged for a 1 night stay. Staff and especially the manager there was rude and unprofessional when we complained about the condition of the room being nasty with uncomfortable beds and that fact that I was overcharged. She lied and claimed we were irate and yelled at her and called the Tennessee Police Department on us and had us escorted off of the property instead taking accountability for their mistake and making right we were treated unfair and humiliated by the property manager there. She even addressed me as a girl and I am a grown 44 year old woman.
