The pool hours are not posted in the listing. They only allow adults in pool area from 8-10 pm. Which we did not know until we arrived with our kids.

Pros:

Full sized fridge was what we needed. The kitchen was clean and useful
Pool and hot tub were nice to use.

Cons:

No sheets for the sleeper sofa in the room. Only one thermostat for 2 rooms

Well appointed stay for a quick trip, very pleased!
Pros:

The staff was awesome, super helpful when they were needed, and very responsive. Love the free wash and dryers for guest!

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better, the egg and pork sausage options were not the best. Also I recommend that you fill the coffee machines throughout the day and leave the soda machine on all day instead of cutting off after breakfast.

Best place to staybin the region
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable!
Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Safe place to stay. Loved the hot tub and laundry ( complimentary)

Welcoming and friendly staff and a clean and comfortable environment
Pros:

Very clean and spacious with lots of useful amenities. Bed was very comfy

Bathroom was not very big and needed modernising. The bath was clean, but stained

Pros:

Very spacious suite. Great location. Lots of parking.
Reception staff were lovely.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned during our entire stay.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Everything Mike texted us in was friendly and engaging. Very helpful and informative. The facilities were great very clean the food was delicious and staff attentive the room was spacious and clean very comfortable.

Cons:

I wish house keeping cleaned rooms on weekends. That would have made it perfect.

Overall, the hotel stay had some really positive aspects—the location was great, the space smelled pleasant upon arrival
Pros:

The lobby was beautiful and smelled really good. The staff was helpful. The complimentary laundry was awesome. The locations was perfect and the room was spacious

Cons:

There were no cleaning services rendered, I was told they only work during the week. The pull out sofa mattress smelled like mildew and had brown and black spots all over it, it was so flat and uncomfortable!! Upon entering my room it smelled like a combination of cat urine and feet. The tv had no guide to indicate what your were watching just the station you were watching.

Great stay
Pros:

Laura was great in the mornings for breakfast, my kids love her. Very helpful staff all around. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because the pool was broken for the 2+ weeks we were there. Otherwise 5 stars for sure.
