Pros:

Stayed one night, which was okay. Just nasty bathroom and tub upon arrival and elevator not working

Cons:

Only one elevator worked. My bath tub had pubic hair and regular length hair in it.
They double charged my card with their new system!

My only concern is the bathtub is very slippery. It was a concern. The tub was a little worn, which is fine. It was clean, but it is very slippery and could be the cause of an accidental fall

Cleanliness top of the line.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, and every area—from the lobby to the room—was well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent customer service made me feel valued throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Full sized fridge was what we needed. The kitchen was clean and useful
Pool and hot tub were nice to use.

Cons:

No sheets for the sleeper sofa in the room. Only one thermostat for 2 rooms

Well appointed stay for a quick trip, very pleased!
Pros:

The staff was awesome, super helpful when they were needed, and very responsive. Love the free wash and dryers for guest!

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better, the egg and pork sausage options were not the best. Also I recommend that you fill the coffee machines throughout the day and leave the soda machine on all day instead of cutting off after breakfast.

Best place to staybin the region
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable!
Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Safe place to stay. Loved the hot tub and laundry ( complimentary)

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Everything Mike texted us in was friendly and engaging. Very helpful and informative. The facilities were great very clean the food was delicious and staff attentive the room was spacious and clean very comfortable.

Cons:

I wish house keeping cleaned rooms on weekends. That would have made it perfect.

The lobby was beautiful and smelled really good. The staff was helpful. The complimentary laundry was awesome. The locations was perfect and the room was spacious

Cons:

There were no cleaning services rendered, I was told they only work during the week. The pull out sofa mattress smelled like mildew and had brown and black spots all over it, it was so flat and uncomfortable!! Upon entering my room it smelled like a combination of cat urine and feet. The tv had no guide to indicate what your were watching just the station you were watching.
