All good for a one night stay ahead of drive home. Found everything we would've needed right there.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast offerings; both hot and cold options. Baked goods; breads, yogurt, fresh fruit medley, hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs, ham/bacon; it was all there. Area was clean and nicely laid out. Food service staffer always looking out of things.
They also had very good coffee which is a real find in hotels these days. No need to stop elsewhere for a 'good' cup of coffee as we left for home. That was a very welcomed treat!

Cons:

Room was very cold when we arrived. Would've been nice for temp to have been adjusted ahead of our arrival. Room was decent and nicely done up. Beds were comfortable.

Number one option if you’re staying in Guelph!
Pros:

The staff was friendly, it was very clean, and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. We particularly liked the coffee!

Great location with great staff
Pros:

Staff was fantastic. Food included was awesome. In a safe location.

Cons:

No where really to walk to for a pint during the day if you're without a car, but everything else was perfect.

The lobby, breakfast area, pool and gym are all great. The staff are excellent.

Comfortable stay with all conveniences of home
Pros:

The kitchen adds so many options for our stay that a regular hotel just does not. The price is higher but we save by not having to eat out for lunch and supper. Breakfast had some decent options.

Cons:

The eggs for breakfast were in the same container as the sausages. This meant as ovo lacto vegetarians, we couldn't eat the eggs. A simple thing to fix.

Pros:

Exellent facilities great breakfasts each day and the coffee all day s great . Along with very helpful staff it was a great stay

Cons:

The only real issue was the fact the pool did not open until 10am every day which prevented an early swim before breakfast

Pros:

De kamer was goed en erg comfortabel met een mooi klein keukentje.

Cons:

Het ontbijtbuffet was te klein voor het aantal gasten, met maar 1 tosti-apparaat voor iedereen en niet genoeg ruimte als iemand op zijn geroosterd brood stond te wachten bij de rest van het ontbijt te kunnen komen.

It was too short.
Pros:

Night staff was right on mark, Competent, respectful, and professional.

Cons:

I could not locate cream or sugar for coffee in the room. When I went down to the lobby at 0530, the coffee wasn't available then either. I had believed I could get a coffee anytime.
There was no one around the front desk to check out either, I think he was in the process of making coffee.

It's minor, I'll likely stay again.
