Excellent location. Ferries to Valletta, local buses, HSBC ATM, restaurants & shops all nearby.
I was upgraded from a single bed economy room to a double bed economy room but it was still a shoebox size room. Everything worked fine.
The size of the room for what you are paying.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to bus stops, the ferry, shops, and markets, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Oussama and Aditya, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable.
We had a wonderful stay and would be delighted to come back in the future. Highly recommended!

La loro attenzione verso gli ospiti fa davvero la differenza e rende il soggiorno piacevole fin dal primo momento.
L’hotel si trova in una posizione eccezionale, uno dei suoi punti di forza: direttamente sul lungomare di Sliema, con vista splendida e a pochi passi dai traghetti per Valletta, dalle fermate dei bus e da una vasta scelta di ristoranti, bar e negozi. È la base ideale per chi vuole muoversi facilmente e visitare Malta senza stress.
Camere confortevoli, pulizia accurata e un’atmosfera rilassata completano l’esperienza.

Absolutely loved it!! The elevators are a bit scary but we found that in lots of our stays over Europe. The room was super spacious and clean. Lots of charging ports too and the view was unreal. Location is great too close to everything!

We did like the location of the hotel, the restaurant did have a beautiful view. There was also alot of car parking infront of the hotel. There is alot of restaurants that are very close.
ROOM
We paid for a basic room but when we arrived the room we were given was basic which was fine and expected but the room was dirty and damaged. We made the hotel aware of this and they said nothing could be done as the are full and might not be able to do anything in the following days as they we full the next few days. The room had a damaged dressing table and floor was lifting and separating and there was splatted bugs of the walls.
The main lift felt incredibly dangerous.
This was our wedding anniversary so we decided the only way to actually enjoy our time in malta was to change hotel and hopefully the hotel would be reasonable and understand the room was dirty and damaged and give us a refund but instead they ignored us and refused any form of compensation.

The staff is amazing, the receptionist were very kind, Adrian, Juan and Jonathan were there and gave me the biggest smile ever, I will come back soon to this hotel
