Quality hotel, worth staying again
Pros:

Had a nice spacious room on a higher floor with a balcony offering a wide view of the marina and Valletta. This hotel is a bit pricier than other similar hotels in Sliema, but not many hotels there can boast a view of Valletta, and the reception staff is great, so to me it is worth the money.

Cons:

Had this happen to me once before when I was staying at this hotel a few years ago, was surprised when it happened again now: cleaning staff would sometimes remove a towel that I was still happily using (not on the floor), and they would actually not replace it, so I was running out of towels at one point, and only then the cleaning staff remembered to add a new one.

Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Davvero complimenti a tutti. La camera con balcone ha una vista spettacolare. La camera è grande. La colazione ottima.

Cons:

Sercirebbe un po' di manutenzione al bagno, ma comunque molto pulito.

Good value hotel
Pros:

I was given a free room upgrade. The hotel feels a little tired but it was clean and thd bed was comfortable. Lovely roof top restaurant for breakfast with good selection of food. Ferry to Valletta and Fast Gozo ferry are just across the road.

We love staying in Silema but we wouldn’t stay at this hotel again unfortunately
Pros:

The location is perfect for the ferry to Valletta and other locations. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom in general was very tired and needs updating. The shower was in the bath. you couldn’t stand under the shower head, making it tricky to wash your hair. There was a shower curtain which sticks to your legs and the actual bath was very old and worn.

Great location, needs a little TLC
Pros:

Hotel is a bit “ tired” but they intend to upgrade soon ( saw planning application) . Comfy bed, good shower ,amazing view, slow lift , good breakfast and amazing breakfast room ( outside seating on 8th floor overlooking harbour ) staff very pleasant but not chatty . Restaurant attached was superb . Opposite Sliema ferry and bus stops .

Βολική τοποθεσία !!!
Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στην στάση του λεωφορείου. το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό, Πολύ καθαρό και φρόντιζαν την καθαριότητα. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό και ήταν στον 8ο όροφο που είχες θέα όλη την Βαλέτα απέναντι.

Cons:

Απλά το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν το ποιο καταθλιπτικό δωμάτιο που έχω μένει δεν είχε θέα ήταν μικρό. Βέβαια δεν ζήτησα αλλαγή δωματίου, Είδα ότι είχε πολύ καλύτερα δωμάτια μεγάλα με θέα απλά έτυχε σε εμάς να μην είναι καλό.

Pros:

Had a lovely stay! All the staff at reception were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the rooftop jacuzzi was absolutely amazing and made the stay even more relaxing. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!
