Important information:

Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available.

There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00.

All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay.

Not inclusive roomprice, supplements:- Hairdryer: these are available at reception (from 08.30am-14pm for a supplement of €5.00.
- Extra pillow: € 2.50 per unit
- Tea kettle: € 5.00 per stay
- Service fee € 5.00 per person per stay
- Extra towel package € 10 per person per stay and includes 2 large towels,2 small towels,1 bath mat

Please note that no intermediate housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Towels are not replaced automatically but can be asked free at the reception desk or housekeeping.

Heating policy in winter: The heating is automatically provided at a max. of 20 degrees in the rooms from 4.00pm - 10.30am.

Renovation/construction/maintenance work for the exterior/interior of public spaces and rooms will be carried out from 01/01/26 to 31/12/26Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Localização excelente e do pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Aquando da reserva no Booking, nenhuma das fotos correspondeu à realidade. Apesar de, mais tarde, enviarem mails a informar obras no Hotel, nada justifica o quarto que nos foi atribuído. Paredes sujas, teto rachado e o wc nem sequer tinha porta, apenas uma cortina. Uma desilusão para o preço que pagámos. Jamais teria escolhido este hotel, se no Booking mostrasse este quarto. Sejam honestos com os hóspedes.

Ma Bruges è sempre meravigliosa!
Pros:

Ho letto tante recensioni negative. Noi eravamo un piccolo gruppo di amici e devo dire che ci siamo trovati bene! La posizione era comodissima per raggiungere a piedi qualunque punto di interesse. La stanza era pulita e aveva l’essenziale. La colazione era assolutamente adeguata e non così minimal come in alcune altre valutazioni che mi è capitato di leggere!

Cons:

Sarebbe un buon servizio dotare i bagni di set di cortesia (bagnoschiuma e shampoo) e di un piccolo asciugacapelli. Il prezzo forse un pochino alto per la tipologia della struttura.

Una habitación que es acorde a lo que pagamos. El caballero de recepcion muy atento y super amable, nos recibió genial y a la despedida super agradable tambien. Nos lo explicó todo muy bien
El desayuno genial.
Todo muy limpio, para nuestra corta estancia en Brujas.

Cons:

La cortina del baño, no paraba de moverse.
La cama era demasiado alta.
Quizás eché en falta una almohada algo mas mullidita
Pasé un poco de frío.

Charles was amazing. he was very knowledgeable and helped saving money on taxi as the bus to the train station is literally at the entrance to the hotel. He also helped with information needed do to the train strike delaying my arrival by a day, so I can submit to insurance. again Charles is the best . great luggage storage as well so you can maximize your time

Super Lage, freundliches Team, ohne Schnickschnack.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, easy Umgang, freundlicher Empfang, klare Kommunikation. Schnelle Rückzahlung einer unbeabsichtigten Doppelzahlung.

Cons:

Mit voreingestellten 18 (!) Grad im Zimmer (nur gegen Aufpreis erhöhbar) und 10 Grad Außentemperatur muss man schon ein wenig um seine Gesundheit fürchten. Aber man ist ja eh lieber draußen und für die Nacht gibt es gute Bettdecken. Frühstück ohne Obst/Gemüse.
