Important information:

Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available.

There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00.

All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay.

Not inclusive roomprice, supplements:- Hairdryer: these are available at reception (from 08.30am-14pm for a supplement of €5.00.
- Extra pillow: € 2.50 per unit
- Tea kettle: € 5.00 per stay
- Service fee € 5.00 per person per stay
- Extra towel package € 10 per person per stay and includes 2 large towels,2 small towels,1 bath mat

Please note that no intermediate housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Towels are not replaced automatically but can be asked free at the reception desk or housekeeping.

Heating policy in winter: The heating is automatically provided at a max. of 20 degrees in the rooms from 4.00pm - 10.30am.

Renovation/construction/maintenance work for the exterior/interior of public spaces and rooms will be carried out from 01/01/26 to 31/12/26Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Der Aufenthalt in Brügge war perfekt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war sauber und hat unseren Ansprüchen erfüllt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Unser Zimmer ging zum Innenhof und da es sehr heiß war hatten wir das Fenster offen wodurch es etwas laut war, da Leute im Innenhof saßen und sich unterhalten haben. Die Internetverbindung hat ab und an geschwächelt.
Ich kann dieses Hotel jederzeit für diesen Preis weiterempfehlen.

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

La location era bellissima a pochi metri dal centro.
Il panorama sul canale dalla finestra era top.

Cons:

Il self check in online non è servito perché comunque c'era bisogno di fare vedere il mio documento all'operatore alla reception.

Ideaal verblijf voor 1 nacht voor wie een persoonlijke aanpak niet prioritair vindt. Goede prijs voor wat je krijgt

Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre-ville. La chambre avec vue sur le canal, tellement dépaysant ! Le personnel très agréable et compétent.

Great location, very close to public transport or walkable to restaurants. Value for money. Staff friendly. Able to leave bags before check in which is helpful. Comfortable bed.
