Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available.
There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00.
All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay.
Not inclusive roomprice, supplements:- Hairdryer: these are available at reception (from 08.30am-14pm for a supplement of €5.00.
- Extra pillow: € 2.50 per unit
- Tea kettle: € 5.00 per stay
- Service fee € 5.00 per person per stay
- Extra towel package € 10 per person per stay and includes 2 large towels,2 small towels,1 bath mat
Please note that no intermediate housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Towels are not replaced automatically but can be asked free at the reception desk or housekeeping.
Heating policy in winter: The heating is automatically provided at a max. of 20 degrees in the rooms from 4.00pm - 10.30am.
Renovation/construction/maintenance work for the exterior/interior of public spaces and rooms will be carried out from 01/01/26 to 31/12/26Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Le petit déjeuner continental satisfaisant
En trois jours, aucune personne à l'accueil ni ailleurs '(sauf l'employée préposée au déjeuner). Autrement tout s'est fait par mail ( remise des clés, code d'accès, renseignements) . Pas de penderie en chambre, une seule vasque lavabo, pas de chevets ni de fauteuil, pas de clim, pas d'accessoires : sèche-cheveu, fer, bouilloire, frigo... Très minimaliste pour un 4 étoiles.
The staff were very pleasant and friendly and helpful .we left our luggage in the bags room and enjoyed the sights.

There was a crack in the ceiling, a 3 year old must of painted the walls.

The Asian breakfast assistant seemed to be having a heated argument with someone on her phone in full view of the residents who were having breakfast, and had to be told to keep the noise down..

Nom du frigo et l'air conditionné ou bien des moustiquaires sur les fenêtres.
Além de uma localização excelente, um visual encantador e facilidade para check-in e check-out, esse Hotel oferece um bom café da manhã sempre bem servido pelos funcionários. Muito, muito bom. Quarto confortável mesmo o Hotel estar passando por reforma.

Номер был очень маленький и душно летом без кондиционера. Окна совсем маленькие и находятся прямо у пола . Очень шумно. Нет холодильника чайника и кондиционера. Самый ужасный номер в котором я когда либо жила.
Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor Brugse begrippen. Locatie. Vlakbij parkeergarage (Langestraat).
Op zich prima douche maar in het algemeen is de Badkamer wel aan renovatie toe. Hier en daar wat schimmelplekjes op de kitranden. Verder: De enorme hoeveelheid automatische gegenereerde e-mails. Die je allemaal kunt negeren.
The location was amazing I had a room with a window opening out to the canal.
It was clean and a good size of room.
There was a good breakfast buffet.
There was no AC. a small room fan would be good but I was there in a heatwave so temperature was very hot outside.

Stanza piccola dove erano assenti l' armadio (sostituito da 4appendini appesi alla porta del gabinetto)ed eventuali sedie.Iil lavandino si trovava nella stanza da letto e vicino una piccola doccia separata da una tendina.il gabinetto in uno stanzino di fronte dove la Luce si spegneva ogni 30".la camera era molto calda e mancava aria condizionata o un ventilatore..
