Pros:

Location and very friendly front desk staff

Cons:

Our room didn’t look like the pictures online. As a family of 4 we had been hoping to use the sofa bed but the sofa looked like it was from the 70s and its bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The facility was clean, check in was quick, and the staff amazing well groomed friendly and knowledgeable about the grounds. My room was clean and quiet, (they have a noise ordnance) no kids running around at night.

The damn train in the back right by our room. Longest train in the history of the world.

We loved the size of the room. There were excellent breakfast and dinner restaurants within a short walk.
Pros:

Our room was spacious and quiet.

It wasn’t walking distance to shopping and attractions.

The location was great for walking to Colonial Williamsburg, but we would look elsewhere if we returned
Pros:

The location to Colonial Williamsburg was great, we just walked over. The game room was fun and the laundry room was really nice to have.

Cons:

The rooms need to be remodeled, our second bathroom had a really strong smell (cleaning product covering up something). We used the kitchen, but it was so tight and we did not have an oven.

Absolutely Amazing!
Pros:

Absolutely amazing experience! Been coming to Colonial Williamsburg for 50 years and finally found a great place to stay. Conveniently located and easily walkable to the historical area. Suites are HUGE, comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff is awesome - friendly and efficient. Thanks to Roland Martin for greeting us and treating us like a valued resident. Wonderful stay.

It was a nice clean place and meet our needs to see a concert and spend the day in Williamsburg.
Pros:

Very convenient to the venue we were going to.

Cons:

Did not like that it did not have an outdoor pool.

Okay but not worth the money
Pros:

The location was great and the bathrooms were pretty clean. Staff was great

Cons:

There was a additional charge of $75 that wasn’t explained. The room was mostly dirty (couch was dirty, floors were dirty and the coffee maker was nasty - had to have a new one sent to the room). Cable didn’t work and room was dark like a dungeon even with windows open
