Excellent location for Colonial Williamsburg
Pros:

Superb location for walking into Colonial Williamsburg and driving to Jamestown and Yorktown in the Historic Triangle.
The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Supermarket was only a short drive away.
Staff communication to sort out a problem was excellent.
There were extra facilities there that looked good but that we didn't want and so didn't pay for, which was great for us.

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

If you’re able to walk, this property is close enough to walk into the colonial area and avoid paying parking. Can also then utilize the free shuttle around the colonial area. It’s also just a few minutes down the road from Busch gardens and Jamestown and Yorktown. It was nice to be able to have a refrigerator and ways to cook, a dishwasher, so that we didn’t have to eat out every meal. We did not try out the pool or game room.

Cons:

While a two bedroom can accommodate six people, we only had three and it felt a little small.

Nice facility, clean room. Internet wifi signal was fair at best, unusable at times.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable bed, two full bathrooms, ample free parking, quiet.

Cons:

internet service included with room (#1220) had very bad wifi signal. Streamiing tv shows was challenging. Only the tv by the window would stream, and we saw buffering from time to time.

Our room didn’t look like the pictures online. As a family of 4 we had been hoping to use the sofa bed but the sofa looked like it was from the 70s and its bed was extremely uncomfortable.
