Sauberes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, ruhig, gute Lage

Cons:

Höchst unfreundliches Personal: Vor dem Haus befand sich eine riesen Baustelle, welche die Anfahrt erschwerte. Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel bei der Anreise darauf hingewiesen hätte. Als wir bei der Ankunft freundlich anmerkten, dass es schwierig gewesen, aufgrund der Baustelle einen Parkplatz zu finden, entgegnete die Dame am Empfang unfreundlich: "Da kann ich ja nichts für!" Das war schonmal ein guter Start. Am Abreisetag, zur Frühstückszeit, verließ ich kurz das Hotel und blieb vorher im Empfangsbereich stehen. Die Dame der Rezeption, saß im hinteren Bereich und aß. Sie schaute mich an, stand auf und ging in meine Richtung. Ich nahm an, sie stünde wegen mir auf, weil ich am Empfang stand. Da ich nicht wollte, dass sie unnötig aufsteht, sagte ich: "Sie brauchen nicht extra für mich aufstehen, ich wollte nur kurz etwas rausgehen und stehe nur hier." Daraufhin pampte sie mich an: "Ich werde jawohl noch aufstehen dürfen!?" Wir haben uns schon fast über diese scheinbar frustrierte ältere Dame amüsiert. Ich würde aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Wunderschöne kurze Auszeit
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und dem Blick auf die Mosel. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es gab reichhaltiges Frühstück. Vielen Dank an die liebe und fürsorgliche Familie Bauer! Eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Genoten in een luxe suite.
Pros:

We sliepen in de junior suite in een apart gebouw. Een heel mooie en luxe uitstraling. Een heerlijk bed en alles zeer compleet ingericht. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en prima. Ook de ontbijtruimte was erg mooi.
De gastvrouw 'rende' voor iedereen en niets werd vergeten.

Cons:

Onze suite lag zo'n 100 meter van het hoofdgebouw op de 3e verdieping zonder lift. Voor ons totaal geen probleem, maar je moet dus enigszins goed ter been zijn.
Het was wel jammer dat de airco goed hoorbaar was en zelf een beetje een brommend gevoel gaf, toen we in bed lagen. Die hebben we dus maar uit gezet.

Et rigtig fint ophold, virkelig dejligt hotel. Meget søde ejere, vi kommer absolut igen.
Meget dejlig morgenmad og hotellet ligger virkelig smukt med udsigt over Mosel. Gode vandremuligheder og smukke byer.
