La posizione molto bella, vicinissima ai mezzi di trasporto (taxi e autobus) per spostarsi sull'isola e alla via principale dello shopping e dei locali, la piscina sul tetto, ancorchè piccolina, la qualità del cibo servito la sera.
La camera spaziosa con affaccio sul porto.
Pagare a parte gli accappatoi e i teli per la piscina. Una sera è venuto un'acquazzone: la reception non aveva neanche un ombrello per gli ospiti. Il servizio ai tavoli la sera lasciava a desiderare: si vedeva chiaramente che gli addetti più giovani non avevano ricevuto un'adeguata formazione. Un quattro stelle deve essere più attento alle piccole cose perchè, molti non lo capiscono, ma sono proprio le piccole cose che contano. Altro esempio: abbiamo prenotato tramite la reception una gita. Abbiamo avuto un problema nel transfer e la reception ci ha risposto allargando le braccia e dicendo: "sa, noi prenotiamo, ma non siamo responsabili" e neanche un 'lo faremo presente all'agenzia'.
Ubicación, limpieza, servicio muy amable, tamaño de la habitación y del baño. Desayuno muy variado aunque cin dominio de dulces industriales.
Las habitaciones que dan al exterior no tienen suficiente aislamiento acústico aunque pir la miche la zona es tranquila(salvo cuando algún grupo chilla) y las cortinas no se cierran del todo con lo que por la mañana entra bastante luz desde el amanecer.
Location was great, also leaving very early, the hotel provided an excellent carry out breakfast.
Public areas were very clean & lovely looking. The bedroom was generally clean, however the bathroom was showing a lot of black mould in the shower. Also having just spent time in an equivalent starred hotel, there was nothing on offer in the bedroom, not even water.

Läget var toppen. Personalen i receptionen var jätte trevliga, hjälpsamma och hjälpte till med bokning av taxi och rekommenderade utflykter.
Frukosten var okej, men inte samma standard som i Sverige.
