Over all I’d stay again because the price was great for what I needed and the room size was huge considering, only one b

Cons:

Floors were so dirty I wasted an entire box of swiffer pads trying to clean and was still sticky from never being cleaned before and the room smelled of smoke even thought they said at check in it didn’t ( it def DEF DID!) hope I’m not charged for it!

Frontdesk refused to check me in. She had no valid reason for it, other than personal dislike of me.
Pros:

Nothing. I did not stay there because the woman at the reception refused to sign me in.
She did not appear until 10 minutes after i arrived and looked at me as if I was a bother.
Her communication was very rude, on the verge of barking. When I pointed it out (subtle) she abruptly ignored me.
When i asked her what my room number was she told me she's not checking me in and left the counter (again)
I had no other option than book another (more expensive) hotel

Pros:

The staff was disrespectful, as a Retired Military with a service animal the staff threatened to harm my service animal and I had to call the police.

Cons:

I plan on filling a civil lawsuit for my money back.
The staff called me at work on the military base Yelling at me being belligerent on my phone telling me to check out after I paid them for a week in full. The disrespectful staff refused to allow me to speak with the supervisor. And they showed homophobic retaliation and refused me to renew and to reimburse my money back. This was a horrible experience
I'm 55 years old stage 4 cancer and stage 3 cancer, this stresses me sick 🤢
