I like the view, you were able to smoke on the balcony.
Dirty ice machine, not a secure building, messed TV, Stains on the bed, loud music on the top floor, you can hear everybody’s door slam shut through the hallways
The view from the king city view rooms are worth it! And the staff was so accommodating and kind!
A bit of a walk to the nearest subway line but not too bad and the cleanliness of the hallways could use some work

The location of this hotel makes for a pretty noisy stay but we are used to noise so it wasn't a detriment to our trip.
Nicely designed Hotel, nice rooms. I only stayed for one night, so I didn't get an opportunity to take advantage of everything.
Staff gentile e disponibile... abbiamo avuto un problema con acqua calda nella doccia e hanno mandato subito un addetto alla manutenzione e si sono resi disponibili per cambio camera. Molto gradita la disponibilità di una zona con bevande calde a disposizione. Camera molto grande e bella vista sul ponte.
Il bagno aperto sulla camera...se si è in gruppo non c'è privacy
