Ritz Carlton Verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

- Empfang sehr gut auf englisch und kompetent
- Zimmerservice sehr gut und Hilfsbereit
- Frühstück verschiedene Möglichkeiten und auch western Style vorhanden
- Ein Mitarbeiter namens Binish hat uns sehr gut unterstützt. Top Service und vielen Dank

Es gibt ein Kinderpool, ein großen Pool und ein weiteren Pool nähe Strand. Der Strand ist sehr schön mit Sand und die Wassertemperatur vom Meer sehr angenehm.

Check out auch sehr angenehm.

Cons:

- Zimmer Klimaanlage hat ein Geruch gehabt, nach dem ich diese reinigen lassen habe war es wieder in Ordnung.
- Frühstücksraum sehr laut wenn es voll ist und es wird nicht die passende Musik gespielt. Vielleicht mal beruhigende Klavier Musik probieren.
- Einige Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum unfreundlich beim einweisen der Plätze.
- Trotz freie Plätze im Frühstückraum mussten einige Gäste warten , Warum ???
- Pool Temperatur zu warm als ob beheizt wurde
- Strandabschnitt geschlossen aber kein Hinweis das es ein weiteren Abschnitt Richtung Hilton Hotel gibt wo Ritz Carlton auch Strandliegen mit Sonnenschirmen aufgestellt hat. Merkwürdig als ich das Personal am abgesperrten Bereich gefragt habe wurde mir nur gesagt kein Zugang aber warum gibt keiner ein Hinweis das Richtung Hilton alles organisiert ist.

Preise sehr teuer im Hotel bezüglich Mittag und Abendessen.
Ich war vor 2 Jahren im selben Ritz Carlton und es ist ca 20 bis 40% teurer geworden. Grundsätzlich ist Abends nicht viel los. Ein Aperol Spritz kostet 98 Rmb , ein Budweiser 0,3L ca 50Rmb.
Pommes kostet ca 110Rmb ( unglaublich) Hamburger mit Pommes und Mini Salat ca 220Rmb , Cola ca 38Rmb
Abendbuffet kostet ca 550 RmB .
Die Preise sind zu hoch und es gab kaum Gäste beim Essen.

Am Strand laufen Verkäufer rum , der eine verkauft sogar Chickenburger, Cola, Bier usw für sehr günstige Preise, also am Strand kaufen.
Abendessen kann man ca 2km weiter in so einer Geschäftsreise mit Restaurants, Shops, Starbucks etc. Zu empfehlen ist LaTabella oder der Yu Shanjianlai Xinjiang Cai Muslim Restaurant.

Öffnungszeiten der Sand Strandbar
Wir sind abends um 21h von draußen gekommen und wollten trotz hoher Preise mal etwas trinken aber um 22h war schon wieder schluss. Vielleicht mal die Sandbar später öffnen und um 24h schließen. Wir sind im Urlaub und nicht bei der Arbeit. Grundsätzlich muss das Konzept und die Preise mal überdacht werden.

Сильно уставший отель со слабым сервисом в красивом месте. Больше не вернемся.
Pros:

Локация, красивая бухта, удобный бассейн с красивым видом на море. Татьяна, русскоговорящий менеджер рецепции-отлично работала, ответы на все вопросы быстрые и четкие, общение приятное.

Cons:

Отель сильно уставший, завтрак не зашел, рестораны плохие все, включая сервис в них. Вместо своего пляжа была стройка. Плохая уборка в номерах. В коридорах невероятно душно-кондиционеры не включали, видимо, экономили электроэнергию.

Cons:

Сам по себе отель довольно «уставший» (интерьер), не мешало бы провести небольшие обновления. Уборка в номерах была не очень, полы были постоянно грязные. Мусор и пыль заметались за дверь гардеробной комнаты. Все в отеле очень дорого. Например, купить мороженное в отеле стоит 50 CNY за порцию, что превышает цену за территорией более чем в 5 раз!

Quiet luxury and exceptional service

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Sanya was truly special.

From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcomed — the attention to detail here is on another level. A personalized note and welcome treats in the room made it feel very thoughtful.

The atmosphere is calm, private, and very refined. The grounds are spacious, so you never feel crowded.

We also had a chance to try ocean fishing, and it was such a memorable experience — everyone in our family truly enjoyed it.

We even played pickleball during our stay, and it was so much fun.

We especially appreciated the Club Lounge experience and the quality of food throughout the stay.

This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful, high-end getaway with exceptional service.
