Overall I was comfortable in here
Pros:

The place was clean, they’ve comfort bed, microwave and small fridge which’s very good.

Cons:

No water bottle in the rooms , I saw the cleaning lady has water bottle in the cart, but she doesn’t leave any water in the guess room, 1 day when I ask her for a water bottle, she doesn’t want to provide me one.

Excellent!!
Pros:

Very nice hotel to stay in and get the México vibe.
Friendly staff & very helpful, also lots of stores & restaurants around the hotel. It’s also gated off with a guard to open & close the gate. I felt safe & welcomed. Plus the price is amazing for such a great hotel.

Cons:

Siempre q visitamos Cd Juarez nos hospedamos ahí y el desayuno es variado y delicioso....Pero esta vez pusieron frijoles, huevo y chicharro solo q el chicharron estaba rancio al probarlo nos dimos cuenta q estaba hechado a perder, yo le dije a la chica encargada del comedor dijo q lo checaria pero no hizo nada lo dejo ahi y la gente se seguia sirviendo, pero no se lo comian...No me parece correcto ya q no es un hotel barato para q sucedan estas cosas.!!!

Pros:

La amabilidad de todas las personas que conforman ese equipo de trabajo , recepción, vigilancia, recamareras, etc, un saludo para todos eyos, ecxelente trabajo

Cons:

A mí no me molestó nada , pero como observación, podría mejorar, que hay un bar cerca con música alta hasta muy noche y pudiera incomodar algún visitante

Cons:

You can’t use the guest laundry room without tokens, the tokens are not easily available. You have to wait for one specific person to be there to purchase them. We were never able to catch him there so we could not wash clothes.

El hotel es precioso y muy limpio, su personal siempre está atento de nuestras necesidades y con una sonrisa.
Me gustó que también cuentan con transporte gratuito lo cual los ayudó a llegar a nuestros destinos.
Agradezco ampliamente a la señora de limpieza quién cada dia nos preguntaba si necesitábamos algo para darnos las cosas, muy amable.
Y a Pablo el chófer del hotel quién nos llevó muy amable cuando lo necesitamos y estaba al pendiente.

Cons:

No me gustó que ya no estuviera el chef Lalo pero se que todos vivimos temporadas.
P.d. el bufete es bueno pero pueden mejorar.
El huevo en particular esta sobrecocido todos los dias y lo ponen en la bufetera y le ponen una flama para que todavía lo caliente y lo sobrecoce más.
