I would not recommend to anyone
Cons:

Room smelt stale, bathroom smelt stale, carpet in the room looked like it had been there for over a decade without being washed. Bathroom was not it, looked like a makeshift bathroom.

Don t book into this so called 3 star hotel

Nothing good to say except toilet shoes was nice but not used

Unclean bedding overpowering smell with plug inside paper rubbish on floor nosepickings on walls smell of dampness behind beds noise on landing no a/c it was like a hostel so basic had to get manager to change dirty sheets we left next day would not recommend it to anyone manager tried to change our minds but to no avail it didn,t help wen I suffer from asthma and my grandson suffers from social anxiety was nt offered a refund we were visiting a terminal sick fried in king George's hosp and had travelled from ayrshire in Scotland booking .com have really got it 3 stars what a joke if they Don,t reply to this i,ll b taking it further as I did e mail them on the first night and no reply I will b putting this on social media thanku Mrs Frances vango ..

It wasn't what we expected
Pros:

It was the room to sleep

Cons:

The place was far from the city centre, walls and furniture were soaked with smoke and another strange smell, the mould was in the bathroom, the shower cubicle doors were broken, there was no sound protection. Staff were polite but they disturbed me more than necessary trying to confirm our arrival and making contradictory statements relating their policy.
