Please note, guests booking 3 rooms or more, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount as a deposit 30 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 30 days, 50% of payment will be taken immediately after the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

This property will place an authorization on credit and debit cards for incidental charges for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking.
Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to show on check-in.

I didn't like leaving ..I wanted to stay longer
Íbamos a alojarnos mi familia y yo dos noches y solo pudimos aguantar una, al llegar empezamos a sospechar que el barrio no era muy bueno cosa que más tarde confirmamos aunque eso no fue lo peor nada más entrar en la habitación nos llegó un olor nauseabundo y un calor insoportable, es verdad que fuimos en verano y que no tenía aire acondicionado pero en el pasillo o en la recepción no hacía ese calor ni tampoco en la calle, ( en londres estaban haciendo 25 grados )en esa habitación no se podía respirar, teníamos ventana ( aunque solo se podía abrir una rendija ) y puerta abierta y aún así no corría el aire le pedimos un ventilador al recepcionista que algo nos salvó pero solo movía el aire caliente, además el baño es lo que peor olía y y cada vez que lo abríamos el ventilador repartía el mal olor, teníamos que entrar al baño con la nariz tapada, la moqueta era asquerosa y había bichos por toda la habitación, mi hermana se levantó con la cara llena de pequeños granos y a mí me picó el cuerpo toda la noche y eso que no nos metimos debajo de las sábanas, no dormimos en toda la noche por el calor porque no se podía ni respirar, al final a las 6 de la mañana no podíamos más y nos fuimos del hotel para buscar otro, además de que solo tenían una cortina translúcida y a las 4 de la mañana ya estaba amaneciendo en londres y era imposible dormir o más bien intentar dormir, y al día siguiente teníamos pensado recorrer la ciudad sin apenas una hora de sueño, cuando nos íbamos el recepcionista nos ofreció otra habitación pero yo no me quería arriesgar a pasar otra noche así, llegué a llorar de la desesperación de no dar dormido por el calor que hacía, si solo hubiera estado sucia o con mal olor podría haber aguantado una noche más pero ese calor no era normal.
Por cierto las fotos no se asemejan en nada a como es el hotel realmente no vi el resto de habitaciones pero ninguna de las fotos que tiene el hotel en booking se parece a el zulo en el que nos alojamos.

Very rude Staff Behaviour, i errorly booked 2rooms yesterday, but they didn’t provide the refund till, i also the behaviour of the staff was very bad
Staff can’t provide peaceful sleep, because some people smoke skunk, drink and make noise but staff is unable to deal with it.
The property is located in a very good environment
The room is very small and poorly ventilated. Why wasn’t it ventilated? I was sweating heavily, so I had to request a fan since there was no air conditioner inside the room.
Well i like to stay there but we didnt get our deposit of 100£ and now we are away from hotel so thats why we have no time to came to hotel soo if this feedback go to that hotel staff pls help us to get our £100 deposit as soo as possible
