Please note, guests booking 3 rooms or more, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount as a deposit 30 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 30 days, 50% of payment will be taken immediately after the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

Room overdue for painting, decoration and new furnitue
I don’t even how the property is because they didn’t accommodate me as par the concern to pay the £100 deposit entry and I don’t want to pay because that’s look kinda scary to them what and they said the deposit will be hold for 5 to 15 to get back the £100 which I didn’t expect that and I didn’t even want to stay there because of horrible and rolls and staff it’s absolutely nonsense because after the stay they should pay right away later on they can just excuse and there’s blah blah and then they’re not going pay back so where’s you going to ask for your own money for the a day or two to stay somewhere and that’s because of yours greediness if you mentioned there’s rolls that are going to charge extra £100 deposit I don’t think anybody will book with them but even you grab my money so you’re all the same greedy and scammers online on this platform so what should need to be expect but I won’t book anything ever again with booking.com
As I mentioned earlier the following I didn’t even have stay there so else I can and it’s because of you
If you don’t cheat that’s not gonna happen but I’ll definitely have a concern to claim in the court because I stay outside and I couldn’t find anything to stay indoors so just be prepared for my concerns
