We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. All the facilities were excellent and everything was well organized.
The location was also perfect, very close to the city center and convenient for everything. The breakfast was delicious with many good options. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff was very helpful and went beyond to print Airline tickets, site info and more.
Rooms were noisy. A group of young boys were roomed. They banged on walls, jumped off beds, used a bird whistle, yelling in rooms and hallways until 12:30-1:00a.m....very annoying and didn't get much sleep.
Maids and guests moved beds on tile floors. The sound was loud and kept me awake. Doors on rooms were very heavy and made loud noises when in/out.

Me gustó la atención del personal tanto como los de la recepción como los de servicio. Siempre muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Y la habitación en la que me alojé era bastante amplia y cómoda. Todos los artefactos funcionando y con aire acondicionado. El ascensor funcionaba bien y los baños de recepción siempre limpios y en condiciones. Buena ubicación.
De la habitación no me gustó que solo haya una ventana. Pero al ser tan amplio el ambiente no se sentía sofocante.
