Perfect for our family of four
Pros:

So convenient to walk to everything in Sorrento. Room was huge which was great for a family of 4. Front desk staff was always so helpful- giving recommendations, getting reservations, rides, and so much more! We loved our visit 🥳

Nice stay in the heart of Sorrento!
Pros:

In the center of town, 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus. Felt more like a hotel- my room had 4 single beds. Very comfy mattress and they included towels. Front staff had many great suggestions on Tours and activities.

Cons:

Noise in hallway could be heard. No lockers. No laundry. Was a fridge bit no kitchen anywhere so couldn’t make my own food.

Great value stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Marina Grande and the free beach were only a 5 minute walk away which was great. The room was reasonably large for 3, although the pillows were not very comfortable. The mini fridge was not cooling when we arrived but the front desk had it fixed very quickly for us.

Cons:

Softer pillows !

Pros:

The location was good , the staff was kind and helpful , the breakfast was so good

Cons:

There was not a kettle in the room, the wi-fi was week and it was cut off in the evening , the furniture and bathroom were too old even so the bed was comfortable

Pros:

I stayed in a 4-person female dorm and was very satisfied with my stay. Rather than a typical hostel, it had the feel of a hotel, featuring, old kind of style decor but very comfortable. I like there’s no bunk beds; the beds were arranged side-by-side with comfortable spacing. The room, towels and sheets were clean and bathroom size is big and shower is also big and comfortable. Location-wise, it was exceptionally convenient and central—easy to reach both the city center by walk and the beach on by walk or via the elevator.

Cons:

The only thing is the lack of large lockers in the rooms for your backpack. While there is a small safe box available for valuables, adding full-sized lockers would definitely be good of luggage security for guests even i have not had any problem about safety.

L'accueil chaleureux, précieux (conseils) de Francesca nous a fait oublié l'austérité de la chambre. L'hôtel est tres bien situé à côté de Marina Grande et du centre ville. Le parking est sur le toit de l'hôtel appréciable. Parking payant

La chambre est grande. Pas de vue par la fenêtre. Mobilier austère mais literie parfaite. L'eau de la douche etait tiede voire froide

Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement entre la plage et le centre de Sorrente. Le personnel était très accueillant et agréable.

Cons:

Ayant réservé une chambre avec un salle de bain partagé la propreté n'était pas toujours optimal...mais dans ce cas je comprends que le problème ne vienne pas de l'établissement.
