Quarto amplo e confortável
A água do chuveiro poderia ter mais volume.
L'emplacement : l'hôtel est proche du centre ville et de la station de tram permettant de se rendre à l'aéroport.
Ma chambre avait une vue sur le Duomo, magnifique !
Le fait de devoir payer la taxe de séjour en espèces, ce n'est précisé nulle part.
Je n'ai pas trouvé la chambre très propre, notamment la salle de bain.
La douche est très exiguë, il ne faut pas être en surpoids !
Location is not too far from the train station which was convenient to explore the Tuscany
My husband spontaneously decided to make a surprise and join me for the part of my stay in Florence. When he arrived and we came to check him in, they said he should pay 100 euros per night to stay in my DOUBLE room.
After we complained, the guy on reception called „the boss“ and „negotiated“ the price down to „50 euros“ per night for him, so we paid 100 euro for him extra which is outraging as my room was already not a single room, so no pricy upgrade of the room type was necessary. Moreover, their double room price on booking.com stays the same no matter if you book it for two people or for one person.
We were ready to pay extra 20-25 euros per night plus the city tax of course. Yet the fact they planned to charge us 200 euros extra for the second person to join me in the double room is ridiculous.
Shower is very weak, water takes long time to heat and is very unstable
No sound isolation. You hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and in the corridor
Sketchy, loud street and we did not feel very safe coming home at night
AC not working because „it is not the season yet“ so we had to decide every night if we wanted to open windows to let mosquitoes in or have no fresh air in the room at all, so they should remove AC from the amenities list
Great location, convenient to train/tram, food, shops. Was just hard to find. Almost gave up. Maps did not have correct address and hotel did not state this up front, despite being aware about the 2 different addresses that could come up
Communication about location
É perto da estacao de trem, da para ir a pé, que com malas é sempre sacrificante. Fica proximo de pontos turisticos, as Duomos, Galeria del' Academia e outros.

Location was great for touring. No breakfast but a nice coffee bar. Staff and owner were extremely helpful as this was our first visit to Italy.

The room was very small and cramped.
Staff was very nice. Bedding was fine and clean. Bathroom was clean. It was soundproof. Bathroom had a nightlight and a fan.
The desk chair in the room was stained. Shower was very small and water would bounce between freezing cold and scalding. Was told the air conditioning was not always available.
Nous avons apprécié la propreté, le confort du lit, la modernité de la douche, le petit balcon et sa vue. Et le calme lorsque personne ne parle dans le couloir.
Il manque un plan horizontal pour déposer des effets et un porte manteau dans la salle de bain.
La chambre est mal insonorisée par rapport au couloir ( pas vis à vis de l'extérieur).
Une bouilloire dans la chambre serait nécessaire !
It was central and the staff are nice
The room was very clean. They had a little refrigerator where you can cool some drinks — it was cooling very well, very nice. The beds were very comfy. The hotel had a strange elevator, maybe just for me, but it was working very well. Another big plus is the location of the hotel — you can easily get there from Santa Maria Novella station, about a 10 minute walk without rush. The hotel workers were very nice, always said hello and asked how we were doing. A big plus from me to the hotel for that!
A couple of small downsides — the toilet was a bit unusual, took some getting used to. Also, sometimes the water pressure was low, which made the shower water lukewarm rather than hot. Nothing critical, but worth mentioning.

De kamer was voor twee personen met een twee persoons en een 1 persoons bed. Dat was fijn, een grote kast voor kleding wat je op wil hangen met een kluisje een smalle side/kaptafel met twee stoelen eraan, een prima badkamer met wastafel, douche, toilet en bidet. Doordat beide douche deuren open konden schuiven had je en ruime instap van de douche. Iedere dag werd er schoongemaakt en je douche gel aangevuld. Aansluitend aan de kamer was een balkon met uitzicht op de tuin van de buren, en daken, in de verte zag je de Duomo en hoorde je de vogeltjes fluiten, heerlijke rust in de drukke stad. Er is een koelkast op de kamer erg fijn om koud water te hebben. Er was 24 uur iemand bij de receptie
Stoeltje op het balkon, dit zou een betere tuin stoel voor op het balkon kunnen zijn, het was nu maar 1 fragiel stoeltje, je kunt dan niet samen buiten zitten. De airco ging pas half mei aan, er was 1 nachtkastje. Tip de koelkast iets hoger plaatsen niet meer op de grond. De weg van de entree van het Hotel (de voorkant) is een drukke weg.

Great location in the city centre, near railway station. Great view from the room. It was good choice to stay for 2 nights, and for solo traveller.
For me was difficult at first find the building, because I used google maps. So if use map of bookings it would be better.
