le personnel est un peu froid et distant .
It is located in a beautiful historic building in an ideal location, close to the planty and 5 min from the main square making it easy to walk almost everywhere.
Our rooms were all absolutely lovely, decorated with taste and we fell very much at home. They are all different and very comfortable.
The breakfast was a delight, with an excellent selection of fresh, high-quality options.
The staff were outstanding, just like the hotel itself.Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing really for we came back a second time.

Great location, lovely building, very helpful and polite staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast buffet. I was also very early one day and the staff made me a breakfast box so I didn’t miss out. Generous check out and check in times.
Air conditioning didn’t seem to respond to my instructions and defaulted to previous setting.

The hotel’s location is excellent. It is right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions, yet it is situated on a quiet street, making it a peaceful place to stay.
However, I don’t believe this hotel lives up to its 5-star rating. In my opinion, it is more comparable to a good 3- or 4-star hotel. The Standard Room I stayed in requires significant improvements to meet the expectations of a true 5-star property.
One of the biggest drawbacks was the room temperature. There is no way to adjust it from inside the room because the hotel uses a very old climate control system. Any temperature changes have to be requested through the reception, which is inconvenient and not what I would expect from a luxury hotel.
The location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk away from the Main Square in the centre of town and 15 minutes walk from the central railway station. Our room at the back was very quiet. Breakfast was very good with a variety of sweet and savoury food. We also had dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel, which was pretty good. The staff at the reception was very corteous and helpful. Overall our stay was fine.
Sadly, a few minor things a 5-star hotel should address. First, often, though not always, there was a bit of a foul smell in the bathroom. Surprisingly there was no shampoo nor conditioner available. We asked at the reception but they had none. A night lamp was attached to the wall between the pillows, in the middle of a double bed. Not the appropriate place to put a lamp. On my side of the double bed, there was no night table. There was a desk half a meter away which requires stretching an arm to reach it. I sandwiched a chair between the bed and the desk to put a couple of things on, but no more as they would have slid off the sloping padding. Again, on my side of the bed there was no socket to plug the phone in. The curtains were not wide enough for the large window, so early in the morning light was coming through the room, affecting after sleeping.
