Drei Tage in Krakau
Pros:

Die Lage zur Innenstadt und zu den Bus- und Bahnverbimdungen ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut und sehr umfangreich.

Cons:

Der Teppich im Zimmer sah sehr fleckig aus. Es war nicht möglich den Duschkopf zu befestigen. Unser Zimmer war relativ klein und eng. Neben den Doppelbett, Breite ca. 150 cm, gab es bestenfalls noch ca. 35 cm. Vier/Fünf Kleiderbügel im Schrank eines Doppelzimmers passen auch nicht zu 5*.

Der erste Satz/Wort am Empfang war "Passport". Schöner wäre, "herzlich willkommen, wie war die Reise....." oder ähnlich, naja.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Starego Miasta, ale jest cicho, a więc można się wyspać. Śniadanie przepyszne, mnóstwo produktów do wyboru, dobrej jakości. Personel uprzejmy, nie było problemów z wystawieniem faktury papierowej. Z pewnością jeszcze skorzystam z usług hotelu😊

Lovely quiet confortable stay in the heart of the old town
Pros:

Staff were friendly, hotel was comfortable, clean, warm and quiet. Breakfast was good. Roof terrace was nice for relaxing. Location was excellent, inside the old town, walking distance everywhere.

Il n'as pas attendu comme convenu .il ma laissé a l'extérieur de l aeroport cherché son taxi en milieu de centaine de taxis . Sur votre message était écrit'qu il m'attendez a côté de bureau de changes

hotel je na peknom mieste v centre mesta Krakov, to bolo asi tak vsetko..

Blizko centrum asi tolko..viac nic, drahy hotel s ubohymi sluzbami

S parkoviskom sme boli oklamany, hotel parkovisko nema iba spolupracuje s parkovacou firmou, za 2 dni sme zaplatily za parkovanie dodatocnych 42e !! Samozrejme, ze nas na to hotel neupozornil
Ranajki bohate ale sposobom, 6 platkov sunky, 6 ks varene vajcia atd..vela peciva...ked pride 10 hosti a vsetci chcu sunku...bohuzial
Obsluha v restauracii nulova, musel som 2x povedat pani recepcnej, nech nam posle obsluhu

Tutto!! Come fanno ad avere 5 stelle è un mistero, ce lo siamo chiesto per tutto il tempo! La camera era freddissima a causa dell’area condizionata sempre accesa. La colazione pessima, una delle più brutte che abbia mai assaggiato, infatti, gli altri giorni non siamo scesi a farla!
Insomma è un buon 3 stelle niente di più
