Pool /Spa area should be ooen as to what supposed to be
Pros:

The room is good and in a quiet location good size and clean

Cons:

We arrived at 1500 hrs and decided to go around the area then use the swimming facility afterwards , we are aware that some swimming area are under renovation but the ones that opened are only opened till 1900 were not aware of that as in opening times should be till 2100 also the spa already closed so this is dissapointing , though they deducted 10% off from our payment , but thats one purpose we came for the spa/ swimming facility.

Alles in allem leider eine Enttäuschung für ein 4*+ Hotel.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind wunderbar, Matratzen super

Cons:

Kein Schwarz/ Bauernbrot beim Frühstück. Ja es gibt eine tolle Auswahl, jedoch möchte ich auf ein klassisches Brot nicht verzichten.
Wurst relativ dick geschnitten.
Pfefferstreuer verstopft, auch 4 von anderen Tischen.
Das Omelett schaut toll aus, schmeckt allerdings Gummiartig. Es haben sich auch andere Gäste darüber unterhalten.
Am Nachmittag war es unmöglich jemanden telefonisch an der Rezeption zu erreichen.

Der Familien Bereich war wegen Revision geschlossen. Das war auf der Booking.com Seite leider nicht ersichtlich.

Warum in den Ferien Revision im Kinder und Familien Bereich gemacht wird, verstehe ich leider auch nicht

Pros:

Das Zimmer, war modern und gut ausgestattet und sauber. Und das Personal war freundlich und konnte immer Auskunft geben.

Cons:

Die Juniosuite ist mit maximal Belegung von 4 Personen etwas klein.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen entspannenden Abend nach einem Business Trip

Sehr nettes Personal das sich bemüht die Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Etwas älteres Hotel. Spa/Thermen Bereich ok, aber älter als er auf den Bildern aussieht.

Pros:

Very good location, friendly staff, good choice of breakfast. Parking is possible for extra fee, you can use parking garage as well. Spa has multiple options, adult spa separated from family spa. Hotel also has a beautiful park.

Cons:

Not remember if there was any.
