It was a good place for what we needed.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms.

I really enjoyed my brief stay here and would use again when visiting Liverpool.
Pros:

A modern building designed like a cruise ship liner but not over done. Although I didn’t use the restaurant it was very busy. I had a lovely breakfast in the morning and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.
My room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I had a bath shower and decided to have a bath after long travelling bit the plug leaked. I forgot to mention to staff but I’m sure it would have been fixed as they helped with all my other requests.
There were no plug sockets by the bed but on request an extension lead was provided. I use a CPAP machine as I have sleep apnea so a review of putting in bedside electric sockets would be advisable.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Nice serviced hotel. Great location, 24 hour, manned reception with security, bar and restaurant on site, clean and comfy room with private bathroom. No issues, good place to stay. Will return for sure.

Cons:

Our room fridge didn’t work.

Lovely, I would recommend The Liner to other friends.
Pros:

Prices have risen since my last visit but it still represents good value. All very clean and we were well looked after.

Back rooms face onto railway station - train announcements easily heard with windows open. However, close windows and no great problem.
