Pillows were not very comfortable and the toilet in the room didn't flush properly. The doors along the corridor made loud bangs when they closed, walls are quite thin so it's easy to hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast overpriced at £15 per person

N avons pu souper au resto de l'hôtel à 20 hres, il fermait en raison d'une soirée achalandée. On nous a référé au bar ou le menu restreint est fastfood. Je trouve inconcevable qu' un gros hôtel agisse ainsi. Personnel froid non attentionné. Notre chambre était située en face de l' ascenseur et en arrière,la gare. Réservation faite depuis plusieurs mois, donc on donne les chambres les moins intéressantes??

A localização é perfeita para quem chega ou vai sair de trem. Funcionários atenciosos. Acomodações boas, mas não tem ar condicionado. Em dias mais quentes pode ser difícil permanecer no quarto.
Quarto um pouco escuro. Restaurante do hotel fecha a cozinha muito cedo. Café da manhã caro e ruim, não compensa. Barulho da estação. Para nos não foi um incômodo, mas pode perturbar alguns..!

Great location next to Lime Street station. Comfy bed and pillows, got a quieter top floor room when asked requested. Decent hot breakfast options and fruit. Nice biscuits in the room and a handy mini fridge.
Worst thing was that the corridor and room very very warm and stuffy - even with the window open all day and night. No air con so keep that in mind! My bathroom wasn’t very clean and had beard hair from shaving in the sink, bath and over the mirror. I gave housekeeping a chance to notice it themselves next day but they didn’t clean it up. The hotel is a bit tired looking in general. There is noise from the street, seagulls and people late at night but I slept with earplugs in any case. Wouldn’t stay again for business.

Whole place a bit tatty
The location is amazing, a two minute walk to the theatre, lime street station, museum and queen square bus station. You can park for free and the meal at the cast away Bar in the evening here was delicious.

The room backed onto the railway station and it was a bit noisy
The location is amazing if you’re wanting a central location. It was right by the Theatre and literally walk into the city.
