Friendly staff. Great location
Room was boiling hot.
Location was excellent for the train station.
Can't really think of anything!!
Good location for Lime street station and the Empire theatre
The south facing rooms (odd numbers) very hot this week. Fans supplied but really needs aircon.
Dirty cups provided at breakfast . No decaffeinated tea available. Complimentary milk in our room fridge was 7 days past ‘use by date’
Restaurant staff not friendly. Our food was taken to the wrong table after 30minutes wait for the main course.
Polite and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room
Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Great on site bar and restaurant.
Although no a/c and a heatwave a huge fan was provided. Quite close to the train station so were able to hear the announcements.
Friendly clean great location
Nothing
This hotel was spotless everywhere we went especially the public toilets!! Staff lovely, room great value for size , cleanliness and comfort. It's near to railway station and centre of town too. Breakfast was lovely.
Would recommend it to anyone
Nothing really, everything we experienced was great.
The Liner Hotel is close to all attractions Liverpool has to offer and the staff are all so helpful and welcoming.
I can't think of anything I didn't like
Stayed here before, comfortable and clean.convenient for station..
staff were very helpful and polite if you wanted anything
location and near to everything
Great place to stay, location excellent value for money.
Staff fantastic
The room was a good size, and comfortable. Superb location for the train station and just a short walk into town to hit the shops and bars. Particularly enjoyed the morning visit from a seagull each morning peeping through the window :)
We found the USB sockets to be a bit dodgy, however, it wasn't really a big problem as the 3 pin sockets worked fine
Well maintained restaurant food good close to the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall where we went to a show
Nothing
Beds
Restaurant wasn’t good value.
Food not great
Great location and staff were friendly and helpful all inquiries quickly answered.
Very comfortable hotel
Great location and close to Lime St station.
No air conditioning
Friendly helpful staff on reception and throughout the hotel, we booked a deluxe double room which was a good size and very clean with a large comfortable bed, we had water, milk and biscuits on arrival along with the usual tea and coffee sachets plus a Nespresso machine whatever we used was replenished the second day. The bathroom was a good size with a powerful hot shower over the bath, despite the room overlooking Lime Street Station it was very quiet at night very little noise from outside and virtually none inside the hotel which makes a refreshing change, as for location it's perfect for visiting Liverpool 5 minutes from the shops 10 minutes from Matthew Street & 20 minutes from Albert Docks. We booked the breakfast for one morning at £15 per person but decided not to for the second morning as we aren't big eaters so didn't think we got value for money, it's an all you can eat hot & cold buffet with loads of choice, the breakfast was very good although the black pudding was over cooked,
Over cooked black pudding (I couldn't even get my knife into it)
