Love the location and the themed hotel. Stayed a number of times and it has never disappointed. First time having eaten at Seven Seas Brasserie and it was definitely worth it.

Arrived in 40 mins, which we had to cancel because the show at the empire already started.
Very clean and comfortable. The receptionists on check out on Tuesday morning were extremely helpful.
We could not get BBC for the football plus remote was not working properly. It was late so didn't contact reception
Spacious room, comfy large bed, decor, bar and restaurant. Good food and drink. The Happy Hour, the outdoor seating. The location very near train station and theatre.

Great location, extremely close to Liverpool Lime Street Train Station. The hotel is lovely inside, staff were very very friendly and helpful. Room was great, it had a fridge and a fan.

Loved the hotel theme and the room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was really good for the price.
Our room was on top of a very loud generator which kept going off every 10 minutes, and at around 10:20 in the morning a member of the cleaning staff knocked on our door and then proceeded to open the door. Luckily the safety chain was on the door so they couldn’t get in, as we were still in bed, and checkout wasn’t until 11. Quite a startle.
