We hadden een kamer met 2 aparte bedden besteld.Via een kruipdoor/sluipdoor route (eerst met de lift naar niveau -1 en via een lange gang zoeken naar een andere lift om in een ander gebouw naar boven te gaan...heel vreemd
. De kamer was vreemd, niet schoon en het meubilair had zijn beste tijd gehad met overal kringen en vlekken op het bureau. Onafgewerkt stucwerk, ruwe bakstenen, een stinkende badkamer enfin beneden elk niveau. De receptioniste zei letterlijk u heeft de foto's via booking.com kunnen zien dus u wist wat u kon verwachten. Wij geven u geen andere kamer, dit is waar u voor betaald heeft. Idd was de boeking non refundable maar dit hebben wij nog noot meegemaakt. Natuurlijk zijn wij niet gebleven maar direct een ander en v eel beter hotel geboekt. Ytrap er niet in, dit is niet eens 1 ster waard

Ci siamo fermati una notte durante un viaggio in macchina. Comodo per la posizione vicino al confine con la Svizzera. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza del personale alla reception, l'ampiezza della camera, la colazione a buffet e il parcheggio gratuito
