Da evitare. Personale scortese
Cons:

Esperienza negativa. Avevamo un documento scaduto da pochi giorni, errore nostro. Siamo arrivati di notte senza alternative perché eravamo senza auto. Invece di un minimo di supporto, abbiamo trovato personale alla reception scortese che rideva mentre una persona del gruppo ha dovuto dormire x strada. Nessuno della reception ha suggerito che magari poteva stare nella hall magari semplicemente seduto ad attendere che si facesse giorno visto che ormai erano le 4.
Camera al primo piano senza ascensore, valigia pesantissima su per le scale. La tenda non è oscurante, alle prime luci ti devi svegliare x forza. Struttura sciatta e colazione scadente. Le regole ci stanno, e le abbiamo rispettate ma i modi no. Il tutto poteva essere gestito con più garbo e professionalità.Da evitare.

All very good. One needs a car if you don't have to be in the immediate surroundings. But excellent and worth the distance from Malpensa or Milan. And to get out of that and have a good dinner, bar and room. And quiet..

Comodo e funzionale x i miei spostamenti su Como .
Pros:

La posizione comoda x le mie necessità, ma solo x chi si sposta in macchina. Ho apprezzato molto il rapporto qualità prezzo . Ottima anche la pulizia della stanza e il parcheggio x la macchina. La presenza di una colonnina x caricare .

La struttura è un po’ datata , ma resta Comunque funzionale . La colazione x là qualità dei suoi prodotti, non mi ha entusiasmato, ma in relazione al prezzo resta eccellente
