Rooms are large and clean as well as comfortable. Checked in early for a small fee but the room was so much less expensi
Pros:

Very convenient to walk the Gateway Arch National Park.
Free parking on site. Restaurants in the casino so we didn’t need to go out after dark. Arch view from our room. Staff very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Area around the property may be a little sketchy. We stayed on main roads and didn’t walk after dark.

Overall, for the price, not too bad.
Pros:

The location was exceptional.

Cons:

Rooms were outdated and not very clean. The bathroom specially was not very clean. Toilet look like it hasn’t been scrubbed inside, poor caulking around bathtub and sink area, and peeling paint.

Close to concert venue. Offered suites. Good air conditioning

Cons:

NO MICROWAVE ANYWHERE IN HOTEL-not one in your room. No snack machines. No vending machines. Ice only on even floors, not on every score.

Pros:

Nice location for the concert we went to.

Cons:

That restaurant were not open after concert. Just didn't make sense to me you have all these people leaving the concert look for some food.

Not to bad would consider staying again
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had an excellent view & good centralized location.

Cons:

They could have a breakfast of some type. Needs a little money invested in maintenance

Okay but would not stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel was within walking distance to the Arch, which is why we booked it. The room was large and comfortable, and we had a great view of the Arch from our room.

Cons:

Hotel staff were not friendly at all. Several homeless people were around the area and I did not feel particularly safe. We were forewarned the night before by another traveller that there were many car break ins as well. Food options were limited, even for a holiday weekend. No amenities like a pool or hot tub or microwave or breakfast.

Great. This is not the Four Seasons but great value and a super location.
Pros:

Great bed, large room with seating area, and it was clean.

Cons:

No pool and no bar (only on Friday and Saturdays. Some staff could be nicer. But it was clean. You can tell they have been trying to improve.
