Breakfast selections were very good, breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.

The walkability to nearby food.

Clean, good amenities, nice breakfast and social hours, good lake view, nice staff.

This review would have been a 5 star except the dinner staff in the restaurant ruined it! We sat for 25 minutes, not one person spoke to us. We wanted to order dinner. We left and had to drive around and find food.. we were 1 of 2 tables occupied. So it was not a matter of being too busy. We were flat out ignored.
That being said, the room and the property were great! The breakfast and staff were far better than any breakfast we have ever had for an included price.
The front desk staff were also delightful.

Well, I’ve stayed here before and I’m not going to blame the employees because they were all fantastic but the fact that I paid for early check-in and there was only cold water for a short bit and then no water for the first day and evening we’ve stayed it clearly wasn’t a good experience this time. My son flew in from Oahu and is in the Coast Guard. He was up 42 hours and just wanted a hot shower and he wasn’t able to get that so was extremely frustrated….There’s two things you want from a hotel, a hot shower and a bed to sleep in. I got the nice bed to sleep in, but Imwe didnt get the hot shower …Probably should’ve gotten 50% off the first night. On top of that, the work that needed to be done for the entire hotel was right outside our room which kept my son up until about one in the morning due to the noise created when fixing the problem…although I understand the urgency to get hot water back we basically got screwed by having the unlucky location in the hotel. And finally, our room is right below the dining hall so instead of setting alarm I was just awake at 5:55 each morning with all therumbling above my head so it just wasn’t a very good experience this time.

Room was not as shown on Travelocity. Arrived and water was shut off due to plumbing issue yet nobody called “arriving reservations” to let them know. Room was like a cave with view of a car parked next to our window. Air conditioner was junk and made a “buzz saw” noise when cycling on. Kept us up both nights. I’ll never stay here again. Sincerely disappointed that a place on the water and a great location was such a dump. Sad

We have literally travelled the world , and found Oxford Suites to be among the most outstanding experiences ever . The accommodations are excellent, the staff superb, friendly and especially helpful. We have stayed twice on 2026 for extended stays, and will be doing so again before end of year . Extraordinarily positive , including approachable and helpful management team .

Great location near shopping and restaurants. -Spacious, quiet room with a comfortable bed and nice view. Breakfast was great. Service was top notch. Will return.

I wish I didn't have to write the review I am because I feel like the Oxford Suites has a lot going for it with their on site restaurant with a free cocktail an all you can eat soup and salad and a hot breakfast. They also have an indoor heated pool and water front views but my experience was not so good. I booked the room through Trivago that was offering a water view King suite. Even with the discount it was a good chunk of change but my day wasn't going great and this was an unplanned trip so I thought it was worth it until I got my key and realized my "water view" was of the parking lot. When I approached the desk clerk about it he told me it wasn't booked as a water view. I looked at my reservation and sure enough the reservation didn't include the water view notation. I had taken a picture of the details but the website has technology that doesn't let you take pictures so it was blank. We ended up with a room at the end of the hallway next to the parking lot with car doors slamming next to the ice room and the exit so we were woken up all night long with the heavy fire proof doors slamming all night long and to top it off my coffee cup was dirty which I found out when I finished the last sip. Not happy.

It was great to get breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed the selection of eggs, meat, waffles, oatmeal, toast and more.

Very nice rooms, pleasant staff, very reasonable prices, loved the free drinks and food - amazing! We will definitely come back! Plus a nice view!

Wonderful staff. Service was impeccable. I highly recommend this establishment!
