Lovely hotel but certain areas (easily fixed) were spoiling it.
Pros:

The Property was big with plenty of bar and restaurant choices. Big pool area and staff were friendly.

Cons:

We loved our stay however some areas for improvement:
1. The patisserie is very poor when comparing to the Barut Hemera, this was very disappointing.
2. Sun bed reserving should not be allowed at all, too many people where reserving and not turning up until later afternoon. Also when removing towels before 730 it may be useful to leave a note as in the last few days they were instances when people who had obviously left towels too early were turning up and shouting at guests who had gone and lay on beds which where free. This constant aggression from certain guests luckily started in our last few days due to a change in guests but was very unpleasant to watch.

Pros:

hotel a taille humaine avec tout à proximité - ponton particulièrement apprécié pour la fraicheur pendant les jours très chauds (c'est le plus confortable ponton de la côte) - personnel ayant pris en compte les difficultés de marche de mon mari - belle plage malgré quelques cailloux - confort dans la chambre - confort des lits de plage et des serviettes (les meilleurs de la côte de proximité)

Cons:

restaurant très bien mais en deça de nos attentes car les commentaires étaient tous très élogieux

Pros:

Otel gerçekten çok güzeldi, çok memnun kaldık. 🥰 Çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü, samimi ve yardımseverdi. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar, gerçekten kendimizi çok rahat hissettik.

Otelin havası da çok keyifliydi. Kısacası çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz. ❤️

Pros:

Tout sans exception -surtout mention spéciale aux personnels de l’hôtel qui sont vraiment aux petits soins avce les clients , toujours à l’écoute et très disponible.
La chambre très confortable et propre
La nourriture est excellente avec un buffet très varié et très bon.
L’hôtel est très propre aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les espaces communes.
Hôtel dispose des espaces verts, ce qui est très appréciable pour se poser au calme. La mer dans ce coin est juste magnifique, on nage avec les poissons autour de nous. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien également, on peut se promener sur toute la côte jusqu’à Side antique.

Amazing holidays!
Pros:

We had a great time at Arum Barut. Everything was such well thought.
Great options of food and snacks, room was great, beautiful gardens. Even with many people, there were plenty of pool and beach chairs available, snacks and fruits available at the pool. Toddler pool had shade, temperature was great. All staff was very friendly. We also had unexpected situation were our son had to go to the hospital, and the hotel was kind of letting us do a late check-in that day.

Cons:

Pillows were on the high/hard side. Husband had a stomach bug, pharmacist said was very common in the region. There are some moments from mid-afternoon to dinner that no food was available besides sweets at cafe, which was a bit problematic with a kid.

Genel olarak çok keyif aldığımız ve çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu. Barut Otelleri’ndeki ilk konaklamamızdı ve özellikle hizmet anlayışı bizde çok güzel bir izlenim bıraktı.
Otelin genelinde yöneticiler ve sorumlu kişiler misafir memnuniyetiyle gerçekten yakından ilgileniyor. Restoranlarda, resepsiyonda ve otelin farklı bölümlerinde yetkili kişilerin sık sık yanınıza gelip her şeyden memnun olup olmadığınızı sorması ve geri bildirimleri önemsemesi çok hoşumuza gitti. Özellikle restoran ekibini ayrıca övmek istiyoruz. Restoranın işleyişindeki disiplin, düzen ve temizlik gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Şeflerin işlerine gösterdikleri özen çok belli oluyor. Her akşam hem yemekleri yakından takip ediyor hem de misafirlerin memnuniyetini bizzat kontrol ediyorlardı. Yemekler de gerçekten çok lezzetliydi; konaklamamız boyunca yiyip de beğenmediğimiz bir şey olduğunu hatırlamıyoruz. Restoran ekibinin çalışma disiplinine ve işlerine gösterdikleri özene gerçekten hayran kaldık. Otelin genel temizliği de çok başarılı. Ortak alanlar her zaman tertemiz, yerler pırıl pırıl ve otelin her tarafı sürekli temiz ve ferah kokuyor. Personelin genelinden de çok memnun kaldık. Garsonlar, beach bar ve havuz bar çalışanları hızlı, ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Bir iki küçük istisna dışında karşılaştığımız herkes son derece yardımsever ve samimiydi. Ayrıca 1 yaşında çocuğumuzla konakladık ve personelin çocuğumuza karşı yaklaşımı da bizi özellikle mutlu etti.

Cons:

Genel olarak ciddi anlamda olumsuz diyebileceğimiz bir durum yaşamadık. Sadece Wi-Fi otelin bazı bölgelerinde zaman zaman kesiliyor veya çekmiyor; odalarda ve plaj tarafında bağlantının zayıfladığı noktalar olabiliyor.
İlk geldiğimiz gün boş şezlong bulamadık. Saatlerce, hatta neredeyse gün boyunca kullanılmadığı halde üzerinde havlu bırakılmış şezlonglar vardı. Ancak kaldığımız süre içerisinde otelin bu konuyu daha yakından takip etmeye ve kuralları daha dikkatli uygulamaya başladığını gördük, bu da olumlu bir gelişmeydi. Deniz konusunda ise özellikle kum plaj ve kıyıdan rahatça denize girmeyi tercih edenlerin bunu göz önünde bulundurması iyi olabilir. Deniz tabanı oldukça kayalık olduğu için kıyıdan giriş pek rahat değil; yüzmek isteyenler için iskeleden denize girmek daha uygun. Özellikle küçük çocuklu veya bebekli aileler açısından bu önemli olabilir. Zaten konaklamamız sırasında misafirlerin büyük çoğunluğu havuzları tercih ediyordu.

Super Aufenthalt
Pros:

DasHotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Pools sind sauber und die verschiedenen Restaurants sind super. Den Steg darf man nicht vergessen zu erwähnen!

Cons:

Leute/ Personen die Liegestühle reservieren und sie den ganzen Tag nicht nutzen.

Great hotel, lovely staff, fantastic food and entertainment.
Pros:

Facilities and entertainment were absolutely superb, we honestly could not fault any of the effort the hotel put into laying on good quality entertainment. Every evening was superb, so easy, no thinking required.... Dinner in Palm restaurant where every aspect of the food was excellent, then onto the pool bar for some drinks, then onto the amphiteatre for the live show then back to the pool bar a live band. We honestly wanted to go explore the local area for things to do but the attraction to stay in the hotel was too strong!

Lastly, and this does warrant a separate paragraph, the staff... OMG, in ten days we never met one single grumpy member of staff, they are so happy all of the time, always smiling and polite. The staff alone are reason enough for us to go again next year.

Cons:

Few points... A La Carte restaurants were fully booked while we were there so if you go, book before you go... However, you will not be disappointed with any of the all-inclusive restaurants, all superb.

WiFi. Sad face... While the coverage was good in all parts of the hotel, the bandwidth was shocking (this may not be the fault of the hotel though, the place is huge and they likely cannot get a faster pipe in this area)

Room... While the room was clean and perfectly maintained, the ceiling above was so thin we could hear every single footstep the family above took, at all times of the night!

Very good with minor issues that don't nearly offset the rest of vacation, great hotel.

Cons:

Room services. We had to talk to reception every day about either mini bar not being refilled or cleaners forgot to put back the shampoo (and other) bottles hotel provides. Water was also a bit of a problem, we never had our drinking water in the room refilled either.
