Entspannung pur!
Pros:

Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen, und während des gesamten Aufenthalts wird man rundum umsorgt und verwöhnt! Wir haben unsere Suite sehr genossen: komfortabel, grosszügig aufgeteilt, ruhig und gemütlich. Das Essen – ob im Hauptrestaurant oder à la carte – ist fantastisch und bietet eine unglaubliche Vielfalt.
Die perfekt gepflegte Anlage mit all ihren Pools, Bars, Parks, wunderschönem Steg, sowie Sport- und Showeinrichtungen lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Was aber Arum Barut so besonderes macht - ist das Personal! Vom Management bis hin zu jedem einzelnen Mitarbeitenden – sei es die Zimmerfrau, die Köchin hinter der Blinis-Theke, die Kellner oder das Animationsteam - alle tragen dazu bei, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Wir kommen wieder!

Pros:

Excellent service, very clean, great swimming from the pier, and plenty of food options. We also tried Petunya and Akasya restaurants—service was a little rushed, but still friendly, and the food was delicious. I was concerned about noise at night, but thankfully there were no loud discos, so the evenings were nice and quiet. My mom has a knee problem and couldn’t use the pier stairs, but there’s a beach just two minutes away where she could easily walk into the water. We would definitely stay here again!

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit super Service und gutem Essen
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt ideal um einen Spaziergang in die Altstadt zu machen.
Ein riesiges Lob geht an das super freundliche Personal, das stets hilfsbereit war.
Auch kulinarisch hat das Hotel gepunktet: Das Essen war von sehr guter Qualität und schmeckte hervorragend.
Zudem gab es jeden Tag ein abwechslungsreiches Abendprogramm.

Cons:

Der Strandbereich vor dem Hotel ist recht felsig. Da wir das vorher wussten und ein Steg zur Verfügung steht, war der Zugang zum Wasser aber überhaupt kein Problem.
Einzig die Musikauswahl am Abend hätte für unseren Geschmack noch etwas abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden können.

Csak egy apró észrevétel , a száraz pezsgő hiánya. A part nem teljesen homokos, nehezen fürödhető, de a stégről ez orvosolható.

Lovely hotel but certain areas (easily fixed) were spoiling it.
Pros:

The Property was big with plenty of bar and restaurant choices. Big pool area and staff were friendly.

Cons:

We loved our stay however some areas for improvement:
1. The patisserie is very poor when comparing to the Barut Hemera, this was very disappointing.
2. Sun bed reserving should not be allowed at all, too many people where reserving and not turning up until later afternoon. Also when removing towels before 730 it may be useful to leave a note as in the last few days they were instances when people who had obviously left towels too early were turning up and shouting at guests who had gone and lay on beds which where free. This constant aggression from certain guests luckily started in our last few days due to a change in guests but was very unpleasant to watch.
