Cons:

We paid a lot of money, and they only let us check into our room two hours late. We just sat in the lobby for two hours. Also, in the morning, housekeeping came in at an inconvenient time for us, without even knocking or waiting outside the door.

Cons:

the Mattress is not comfortable, is like a 4 out 10, they dont have changed the bathrobes for 3 days until i asked it. in general three days without cleaning.
