Lovely. The gentleman who checked us in had a very nice conversation about Rochester, NY with us.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. We arrived late at night, both at the start of our stay and returning from an event, and the staff were very friendly and helpful each time. 10/10 to any staff members working between 9 pm and midnight when we were there!

Cons:

Breakfast was mid. I was hoping there would be more substantial vegan options, even in the way of more fruit or at least one dairy-free milk alternative to put a little something something together.

Staff was not accommodating or professional except for the 1 younger gentleman but he wasn’t able to really help with the issues. Older woman who said she was a manager was rude and very unaccomdating! Had issues with toilet, broken handle on drawer, pungent smell of aftershave in the room and loudest a/c I’ve ever heard!

We got a room that was with oyher people in it!!! Very embarrassing !!!!!!! Yhey promiisereduce but didn't take responsibility, gave us 25$ and were very very not nice and even aggressive .

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Es war schön ruhig, die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer groß!
Das Frühstück war lecker

Der Pool ist leider geschlossen.

Would never stay again!
Pros:

Not much except that the room was spacious and quiet and the property had ample parking.

Cons:

The toilet in one of the two rooms was clogged with feces as we entered the room. This should have been corrected before check in. Have never experienced this in 50 years of hundreds of hotel stays. Would never book a room in this property again.

For the price there wasn't a complimentary bottle of water or juice. Also the room wasn't ready, I had to change in the common bathroom so I could attend to a graduation I drove 4 hours from out of state for. & Checked in approximately 4hours after my original booking time, with all my luggage in my car. Wasn't too happy about that.

Glad my daughter graduated so we don't have to go back there.
Pros:

Location near Ithaca College was perfect for graduation.

Cons:

The staff was very unprofessional. The weekend staff was terrible. My mom called the day before our stay to pay for the hotel, and the guy at the front desk complained about her to another worker (who was wearing slippers) right in front of me. The next evening, there was a kid working there who was extremely rude to the customers and was yelling at then that it was his first day. Hopefully, it was his last too. Then on Monday, before checkout, they brought in an adult who was very nice and professional. Someone needs to manage the weekend crew, especially when people are staying at that hotel. Overall, it was laughably bad.

Was not impressed with this stay , not as clean and staff was not as friendly.
Pros:

Close to Ithaca college , we stayed here before and loved it

Cons:

The parking lot is a mess pot holes . Vending machine did not work and front desk person could have cared less . I ask for towels for our second day stay and she looked at me as if I was nuts and told me there was only housekeeping on day 3 so that means I don’t get to have clean towels . I had to ask for toilet paper and was given one roll . Seriously for over 400 a night I can’t get toilet paper or clean towels .
