Was given a "garden" room on lower level and maintenance staff was up early outside my window mowing and blowing grass.

Cozy and clean
Pros:

Friendly staff and the room was very clean and comfortable. The room smelled great, and everything worked. Very nice little walk to a wonderful beach.

Charming hotel room with friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast so I can't speak to that. There is a nice little path down to the beach. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Large clean bathroom (mild odor from sink).

Cons:

The bathroom sink gave off a sulphur smell when we first arrived. We ran a bunch of water down in and used the fan in the bathroom and it kind of went away. Other than that the room was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Wylie Inn! We will stay again!
Pros:

The grounds are very pretty. We especially love the private beach. It offers both rocks for climbing and a sandy beach.

The staff is very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The housekeeping is not as thorough as we prefer!

Have stayed before and will definitely stay again. Great spot!
Pros:

Location was perfect for sightseeing in Salem, Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, and Rockport. Quiet property with beautiful views.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small and bed wasn’t too comfortable. Shower had a few strands of hair.
