Room 308
Pros:

The fountain is beautiful. Location is great, close to Salem where we visited. Price wasn't bad.

Cons:

We stayed in room 308. Bathroom outlet very loose. It pulls out of wall when unplugging hairdryer. Vent behind bathroom door in bathroom dirty. Lift chair cushion, the chair is filled with food. Room smelled. TV was left on. Towels were hard & crunchy. There was a wedding when we stayed so there was no parking out front. We had to park across the street.

Pros:

Good location for Salem, Marblehead, Manchester-by-the-sea. Lovely grounds and decently sized and equipped rooms.

Cons:

Pretty expensive for a fairly standard hotel room in not a super central location (there are no facilities or restaurants around).

one of the best we've stayed at! I'd give it 5 stars.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and professional. We felt very welcomed. Aside from the excellent lodging accommodations, there is a great trail to a quiet beach as a bonus to a relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!
