Sehr hundefreundliches Hotel, unser Hund durfte sogar mit ins Restaurant und ans Pool. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles an Ausstattung, was wir brauchten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und der Cappuccino/Café Latte Weltklasse (er wird auf Anfrage frisch zubereitet und sogar mit veganer Milch 😊. )

Cons:

Mir fehlte beim Frühstück lediglich etwas Gemüse, zum Beispiel Tomaten.

Das Zimmer war zwar sauber und gut ausgestattet, die durchgehend weiße Gestaltung ließ es jedoch etwas steril wirken. Etwas mehr Farbe oder Dekoration hätte eine wärmere Atmosphäre geschaffen.

Trotz bestätigter Buchung kein Zimmer - nie wieder

Ich hatte dieses Hotel für mich und meine 2 Kinder gebucht. Als wir am Abend and er Rezeption einchecken wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel überbucht sei und kein Zimmer für uns verfügbar sei.
Anstatt eine Lösung anzubieten, wurde ich mehrmals aufgefordert, die Reservation in der Booking-App selbst zu stornieren und mir ein anderes Hotel zu suchen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war dabei wenig hilfsbereit und konnte uns keine angemessene Unterstützung bieten.
So musste ich um 20.00 Uhr abends mit zwei Kindern noch ein neues Hotel suchen. Erst gegen 22.00 Uhr konnten wir ein neues Hotel beziehen. Dadurch verloren wir nicht nur wertvolle Ferienzeit, sondern hatten aufgrund der späten Ankunft auch keine Möglichkeit mehr, ein Abendessen zu bekommen. Ich finde es inakzeptabel, bestätigte Buchungen nicht einzuhalten und Gäste mit Kindern ohne Unterstützung wegzuschicken. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
