Agradável mas aquém do esperado
Pros:

É um hotel que aparenta algum luxo e requinte mas depois os quartos ficam aquém. Ainda assim as camas são muito confortáveis e a decoração é agradável e as divisões são grandes Os armários dos quartos são espaçosos. A zona do hotel é perfeita para quem não quer ficar na confusão do centro da cidade.

Cons:

Falta investimento nos quartos. As casas de banho são antigas, ainda de banheira e com bolor nos vidros da porta de correr. O chuveiro não tem duas saídas. A piscina é super pequena e o pequeno almoço embora com diversidade, não tem variabilidade nem coisas típicas da região com excepção da tortilla. O parque de estacionamento não está incluído na estadia e 22€ é um valor que não vale o preço e não se cuaduna com um hotel desta dimensão.

Ottima struttura
Pros:

Bellissimo albergo, posizione poco fuori dal centro ma con una fermata della metro a 10 minuti di camminata. Ci sono anche dei Taxi sempre disponibili all'entrata dell'hotel. La nostra junior suite situata al quinto piano era molto bella, ampia e spaziosa. La camera era composta da bagno, ampio salotto dove è stato posizionato anche il divano letto e camera da letto. Bellissima la vista sulla città e sul quartiere. Letto matrimoniale comodissimo, wi-fi ottimo, pulizia buona. Ottima e di ampia scelta la colazione. Pratico e funzionale anche il ristorante interno aperto a pranzo e a cena. Personale dell'albergo gentile e disponibile. Dispiace non aver potuto usufruire della piscina interna a causa del maltempo.

Cons:

Il divano letto era scomodo e con un sottile materasso. Camera pulita ma viste le aspettative dell' hotel si può fare ancora meglio. Il lavandino del bagno era otturato ma è stato prontamente riparato dopo averlo segnalato il problema alla reception.
