Senza acqua e non attenti al cliente

Arrivo in hotel alle 21 e il receptionist mi dice che per lavori sono senza acqua ma che sarebbe tornata la mattina dopo. Ho dovuto chiedere 2 vole per avere delle bottiglie di acqua per il wc. La mattina l'acqua c'era ma alle 22 quando rientro in hotel niente di nuovo, e passando mi ha pure salutato senza dirmi niente ne darmi altre bottiglie di acqua. 2 sere su 3 senza acqua non un buon bilancio.
Pulita era pulita ma entrando in camera una puzza di chiuso e umido che mi ha fatto dubitare di poter dormire li dentro. Bastava ventilarla prima dell' mio arrivo, posizionare una chiave all'interno in modo da attivare la corrente per deumidificare la stanza perchè pian piano è migliorato l'odore. Deposito bagagli a pagamento, alle 5.50 puntualissimi rumori di spostamenti ai paini superiori e l'apparenza é che abbiako fatto dei lavori per piglirare l'aspetto, tipo del bagno, ma la malta spalmata sulle piastrelle che fa molto contemporaneo sembra solo un lavoro venuto male.

Cons:

Bed bugs in the bed. Only one type of body shampoo cum hair shampoo in the toilet. Old hotel.

it was ok for a night or 2, but if I stay more than that I will go elsewhere.
Pros:

Location, at the centre of kk, easy access to banks, suria sabah, dbkk jetty..

Cons:

coffee packets not interesting, shampoo and body wash are the same, no conditioner, no toothbrush and toothpaste given, the ironing board is stick to the wall outside the room so have to bring all my clothes outside and do my ironing outside as well which is not practical in my opinion, for a price of 130rm per night without breakfast is a bit expensive, the least you could give is a bread toast, eggs and coffee.
