Pros:

Friendly staff. Nice and clear room, with a small kitchen. Good location. Has a basic breakfast.

Cons:

The room isn't soundproofed. Although facing the back, it was still noisy.

Pros:

I loved having the full kitchen setup. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and always accommodating.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the small difficult to maneuver parking garage but I drive a full size truck and pretty much the whole city of Bellevue was like that so I wont specifically fault the hotel for this one.

Lovely spaces, be on top of housekeeping
Pros:

Great rooms and spaces. Amazing breakfast

Cons:

Housekeeping was not great. no hot tub! Restaurant closed at 9:00

Comfortable stay in this hotel
Pros:

The hotel has a very spacious lobby area where it also serves as a venue for breakfast. The reception lady staff (forgot the name) was very pleasant and helpful. She gave us a list of recommended restaurants in the area. The only issue is the way how the furniture it's organized in the room. The drawer cabinet was not essential. Without it, the flow of the space would be better. The daily parking fee of $19 was reasonable for downtown Bellevue. We had a comfortable stay in this hotel and would return for our next visit to Seattle.

Pros:

The hotel is fab! Ana on the front desk was so helpful and really looked after us! The hotel was beautiful, very clean and Will stay again!

Cons:

The pool says its heated but it was freezing!!

Well-run friendly hotel close to everything downtown
Pros:

Friendly staff and restaurant person. Good breakfast choices including eggs, waffles, sausage, fruit, vegetables, cereal, yogurt, more. Spacious room.

Cons:

Bed too firm for us. Parking onsite not free.
