Nice location.

Cons:

Complimentary breakfast doesn’t have sausage. The patty and hash are dry. The thing kills me most is the sofa bed, omg, it’s far too soft and springs are too bouncy , with that loud noise every time when i turn over. I failed to fall sleep for the night. Your sofa bed needs to be gone seriously.

The hotel was clean and taken care of and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We requested an early check in and 1 hour late checkout and they were nice to accommodate it on the day of our arrival. The staff were very nice and accommodating to all our requests. The breakfast was super yummy and toddler/kid friendly. The lobby has food and snacks and essentials to purchase along with liquor.

Cons:

The pool room was heated but the pool was cool in temperature. Maybe if they invested in heating the pool it would be better. Pool floor was a bit dirty. The air con specially at night was not working well for our room possibly due to running the dishwasher at night. It was off for 30 mins and we needed to manually turn it on the first night. The bed size was posted as king but size wise it felt smaller and visually looked smaller. We have a king size in our home for comparison. The room was a bit noisy because the hotel is right off the highway. Overall good location and close to things.

I may consider staying at a different hotel next time.
Pros:

The hotel interior was very clean and well maintained, and the location was also very convenient.

Cons:

However, there were several issues during my stay that were disappointing.

1. Sofa bed and extra comforter

I booked a room with a sofa bed. When I set up the sofa bed, I found that only a blanket was provided, rather than a comforter. I contacted housekeeping/reception to request an additional comforter, but I was told that only one comforter is allowed per room and that they could only provide an extra blanket.

Honestly, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel that would not provide an extra comforter when a guest needs one. The blanket provided was not warm enough for the night, and unfortunately, I had no other option but to use it.

I found this policy extremely disappointing and unreasonable, especially for a room with a sofa bed intended for an additional guest to sleep on. A hotel should prioritize guests' comfort, and providing an extra comforter when needed should not be an unreasonable request.

2. Air conditioning

The AC system also seems somewhat outdated. The fan cannot be set to run continuously. Once the room reaches the desired temperature, the system stops and only starts again when the temperature changes. At times, it felt like it could take almost an hour before the system circulated fresh air again.

3. Breakfast

The breakfast on the first day was acceptable, but the selection on the second day was disappointing. There was no meat at all—only bread, eggs, and cereal. Not even sausage was available.

Overall, while the hotel is clean and conveniently located, these issues significantly affected my stay. The comforter policy in particular was very disappointing. Guests should be able to expect basic comfort when staying at a hotel.

Cons:

I wasn’t aware that you charged for parking, I factor all those in our cost when deciding where to stay and passed up the Hilton down the road for $50 cheaper, you aren’t really any better…

Pros:

Comfortable beds and really nice breakfast. Appreciated the kitchenette with fridge.

Cons:

No separation between sofa and bed. We were traveling with family. I'd prefer not to pay for parking.
