Pros:

The lounge area was nice. I had to spend a lot of time there waiting for someone to help me check in.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t bad, when they were around. I couldn’t get help with any problems I had. The shower barely had any water pressure. The pillows had almost no cushion in them. The AC in the room barely worked.

Very clean, friendly staff. Close to the interstate and everything we needed for our stay! Breakfast was good!

Cons:

Pool was closed for heating issues, but not a huge deal.

Went smoothly with no problems.
Pros:

Lovely room- clean
Breakfast good
Nice walk in shower

Cons:

Everything was great- except the bottles of shampoo etc in the walls were not
working or are much too hard to work- we could not figure it out. Glad I bring my
own soap.

Reception staff very helpful

Cons:

Shuttle does not start until 7am, not much use if your check in time is 6.30am

Cons:

Floors were dirty rooms were dirty very outdated. The elevator barely works. The pictures they have of the hotel are not accurate.

There was a dead roach in the shower. The only staff that were decent was housekeeping. You could hear the other guest most of the stay
