Breakfast was good. Room clean, Parking easy.

Cons:

We stayed 2 times one week apart. The elevator was broken, and we had read complaints that previous clients complained that the elevator was broken, so, apparently, they are in no rush to have the elevator repaired?

The location and the availability to have a true one bedroom with a proper door and a living area

Cons:

The elevator was broken and we were told it had been broken for a month. We were expected to take our luggage upstairs by ourselves with no help. My 70 year old husband has Ada handicap tags and was unable to do this and so I his 68-year-old wife had to lug our cooler and luggage upstairs. I believe this is against ADA laws.

Pros:

The elevator was broken and we were put on the second floor with no one to help us with our luggage. My husband has health issues with a handicap tag. I truly believe this is against ADA laws. We were told the elevator had been out for a month and there was no mention of that on the website either through booking or the hotel. Very disappointed.

I stayed here 5 days prior and the elevator was out ( i am property manager and his excuse that he is waiting on a part for the elevator for over a month is bullshit , No repair takes that long on a newer building ) he told me then that if i checked in at 3 when i came back I would be able to get a bottom floor unit because i am disabled . I was there at 2.58 to check in and he said he had no 1 or 2 floor rooms available , I had to climb 3 floors of steps and I barely made it . He rudeness and lack of concern for my mobility issues were terrible . I will not be back based solely on this

Really nice staff, clean spacious room, and convenient location for shopping and restaurants.
Pros:

The room is very spacious and clean. The staff /workers were very nice and kept smiles on faces. The location is awesome 🤩, with lots of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The elevators didn't work but I would still stay because it really wasn't a problem or a deal breaker for me.

When he did arrive he said he was taking people to the airport and I said you need more help he said this is what we got
Staff was “hiding” in the back when I walked past they ducked into hall this morning

Very strange staff and management can’t expect front desk to shuttle and be front desk and have to wait to check into your room
