Pros:

La plage de sable fin aux eaux turquoises et cristallines est très agréable. Acces aux piscines des hôtels premium et dunas. On nous a offert un dîner dans un restaurant à thème alors que notre séjour n’était que de 3 nuits et un départ tardif pour une des deux chambres.

Cons:

Un seul bar ouvert dans tout l’hôtel, restaurant bruyant et qualité de la nourriture bien mais pas exceptionnel par rapport au prix du séjour

Mainly excellent, with reception staff member spoiling the experience.

Cons:

Poor attitude from one receptionist. We requested a late check out which we would have paid the extra fee for.
Was told when we would be informed of availability.
No contact was made to us despite being put on the list. We enquired a further time but rudely told, if we haven’t been contacted then there was no availability for us. We could see people above and below us on the list had been ticked as contacted. Our name was not.
On day of departure, received a telephone call to say we could have late check out in another room. We had packed and were ready for checkout and were disappointed this was not an option given to us the night before.

Wonderful place to stay for our honeymoon!
Pros:

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay for our honeymoon! The staff were super friendly, professional and ready to help. The food was great, and we particularly loved the Madeira Lovers themed restaurant. We went to the pool most days but the beach was also incredible. There was entertainment for kids and adults. Really good value for all that is included. Could not recommend it more!

Das instalações, piscinas, praia, da equipa de animação, de toda a programação. Excelente local para famílias, principalmente com crianças! O kids club é incrível e as pessoas responsáveis pela dinamização do espaço estão mesmo de parabéns!

Cons:

Da confeção da comida. A qualidade da comida de prato estava muito abaixo da qualidade esperada para um hotel 5 estrelas. Apesar de se notar um cuidado na qualidade dos ingredientes, a confecção não era muito boa e tornava limitada a escolha no buffet. A qualidade da espetada madeirense no restaurante típico também não era boa. Ajudou termos a possibilidade de ir ao buffet do Hotel Dunas. O mercado tem qualidade muito boa, gostámos muito da comida, seria só replicar para o buffet do Pestana Porto Santo.

Pros:

Organização, simpatia de toda a equipa e qualidade da comida.

Cons:

Não gostei do tamanho das toalhas de praia, são muito pequenas. Infelizmente a reposição de água no quarto também não é generosa, uma garrafa por dia é pouco.

Amazing!
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious with an amazing view, the food was varied and delicious, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
A special thank you to the reception team for their kindness and professionalism, and to the bartender Angelo S., who makes the best cocktails! We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Marta, the Guest Service Manager, for her exceptional care, attentiveness, and for making every guest feel truly valued.
We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely come back!
