Não estou de acordo um hotel com o sistema all inclusive com tantos extras e adicionais.
Serviço precário. O bufet não corresponde a um hotel de categoria 5 estrelas. A comida é da maia simples e básica que há. Nada de especial.
Sombreiroa e cadeiras na praia pagos a parte, o hotel tem 4 resrmtaurantes temáticos, mas só tem direito a uma reserva ficar hospedado mais de 4 noites. Geralmente o hotel é que determina o qual restaurante é que vc hospede poderá ir jantar, ainda referindo como uma oferta. No quarto ha apenas água sem gás e com gás.
Enviaram me.um vinho para o quarto de categoria bem simples como um "mimo", sendo esse vinho estar espalhado por todo o hotel, n faz sentido algum.
O ferro de passar a roupa solicitado foi esclarecido que apenas as 2 primeiras horas de uso eram "grátis".
No snack bar havia uma placa que o hambuguer não poderia passar de 3 por pessoa, o cachorro quente era apenas um pão c molho e salsicha, n havia absolutamente nada a altura para a categoria do hotel, fficamos hospedados por 4 noites e almoçamos apenas no primeiro dia logo que efetuamos o check in, na parte dos grelhados havia apenas carne de hamburguers grelhados.
As opções de carnes do buffet nada em especial, nada atrativo. As sobremesas das mais simples e sem qualidade.
Os demais dias apenas usufruimos dos pequenos almoço os quais todos os dias absolutamente iguais, nada foi mudado nas opções.
O hotel deixou muito a desejar em qualidade e serviço prestado diante dos valores das tarifas das diárias e tb os adicionais e extras não incluído nas diárias.
Optei por conhecer os restaurantes da ilha para não noa chatearmos mais.
Die Anlage ist super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen selbstverständlich wieder und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.
Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice patio area. Excellent pool area. Good facilities and a wonderful sandy beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
One bed had a plastic undersheet, which was noisy and less comfortable.
The buffet dining area was extremely crowded. You were provided with the times when you could eat, which simply didn't work for us as we had golf tee times, etc. which imposed different schedules.

Lovely room and good access to the beach. The spa pool, sauna, and hamam were a nice feature, also the adults bar which had games room.
This is not 5 star. It is more family and children focused with amusements and associated noise. Also the self service restaurant gets very crowded and not well laid out. Very chaotic. The saving grace is that you can use the pool and facilities at the next door Dunas property, which is much quieter and the restaurant more organised.

La nourriture et les cocktails ne sont pas d’un niveau 5 étoiles nous avons été déçus de la qualité (excepté l'atelier mojito qui fait de superbes boissons).
C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de navette prévu par l’hotel pour les trajets jusqu’au port au vu du standing (à l'aller on se débrouille, au retour on peut réserver un taxi via la réception).
Les transats payants en supplément et plutot chers.
As comodidades, o cuidado dos funcionários, a qualidade do serviço. Incluindo o cuidado da gestora Marta Vasconcelos. A estadia foi excecional.

Todas as refeições foram fantásticos, os bares com bebidas variadas e disponíveis a qualquer hora. Piscinas espetaculares e acesso à praia fantástico.

Todo en general estuvo 10/10, la comida estaba deliciosa y abundante, Martha fue un encanto y nos ayudó para hacer late check out sin costo adicional. Quedamos encantados y con muchas gracias de regresar.
Overall an amazing stay at the hotel. Couldn't ask for anything more. Marta looked after me and my family with the highest service you would expect making sure our holiday including our checkout being a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an all inclusive holiday at Pestana hotels in Porto Santo
