Muy linda estadía!
Pros:

Si bien estaban con algunos arreglos, las habitaciones estaban limpias. Todo perfecto, la atención del personal y el servicio de desayuno, aparte de la excelente ubicación.

Agredidos por el hombre de recepción
Cons:

El aire acondicionado no servía. El personal de recepción nos insultó y tuvimos q irnos de ahí al segundo día a pesar de haber pagado la reserva completa. No se nos devolvió nada del dinero. A pesar de q el que el aire acondicionado no funcionara no era nuestra responsabilidad

The hotel is simple with all the basic necessities, an EXCELLENT staff in a convenient location.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was always a pleasure to interact with them. I appreciated that they spoke English which was very kind.

Cons:

The room was a little Spartan and the bed was moderately comfortable.

Location

Cons:

The AC is not working, no cold air coming out. The outlets are not ready for adapter. I had to ask for adapter from the front desk. Elevator is too tight and slow. Balcony at 8 floor needs renovation. They just combined the two single beds to think the booking is one queen or king bed. Basically, the facilities needs renovation.

Que el check out es solo hasta las 11 am y solo tienen taquillas para guardar las maletas pagando, no como la mayoría de los hoteles que guardar el equipaje por unas horas es gratis

La ubicación, el desayuno.

Cons:

Que no hubiera cama matrimonial disponible, a pesar de haber hecho la reserva con muchos meses de antelación. No hay rampa para hacer el check in y hay que cargar la maleta algunos peldaños. Nos cobraron el total apenas hicimos la reserva. El refrigerador no enfría. El aire acondicionado es deficiente. Los ascensores son pequeños y lentos.

El hotel limpio, buen desayuno, el personal siempre atento sobre todo Serena con buenas recomendaciones.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba muy bien así que el descanso no fue muy reconfortante.
