La posizione è ottima. I lati positivi finiscono qui.

Cons:

hotel 3 stelle e si vede e si sente. Arredamento scarno quasi da motel e illuminazione mediocre. L'ingresso dell'hotel lascia molto a desiderare, tappeto sporco e gente che fuma a tutte le ore appena fuori la porta scorrevole. Personale maleducato, in pochi salutano o degnano di uno sguardo gli ospiti, sorrisi non ne parliamo. Ho domandato se c'era un negozio di biancheria intima in zona e mi hanno semplicemente risposto: "non ne ho idea", senza neppure proporre una ricerca e una risposta più tardi. Consiglio vivamente alla proprietà un corso di buone maniere a tutto il personale.da migliorare: luci, colori all'ingresso, pulizia, servizi, personale

Great hotel overall
Pros:

Great location, majority of the staff was friendly and helpful, clean hotel, good breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunatley me and my fam needed help with a delayed baggage situation so the hotel staff was sweet to allow me to use their work phone to contact the airlines (since its a European airlines number I had no way to call the euro airlines with my US cellphone). There was a gentleman worker 1 night that helped and also next day I think shes a manager they both helped out alot. They literally stayed on the phone until I could speak with someone in the airlines.

But ill never forget there was one female worker that called the airlines for me and then after literally a FEW SECONDS she gave up and said noone answered. She basically gave up on trying to help me. Thats not okay. If i was the worker there id be more than happy to help and stay on the phone until someone answered. Then when I saw her again on our last day there to give the key card back she gave me attitude. She needs to work on her customer service. She ruined the whole experience with the stay there.
