Super séjour et visite de la sagrada
Pros:

L emplacement proche de la sagrada - le parking - belle taille de la chambre - accueil très agréable

Horrible!
Pros:

Tenían overbooking y lo supe cuando a las 11 de la noche estaba llegando al hotel. No lo dijeron a las 3 de la tarde, ni a las 4, 5,6. Fue a las 11de la noche y mientras hablaba con la recepcionista llegué al hotel. Horrible!

Comfy, Great location. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great hotel, staff very friendly. Location is very good for walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Walk into Barcelona centre was around 45 mins which was a nice walk. We did the zoo which was only half hour walk and 20 minutes to the train station we needed for access to the Formula 1 track.

Room was well sized and comfy. AC was a great bonus and shower was very good.

Cons:

Breakfast could have had a bit more hot option but for 8 Eeuros it was ideal and sorted us out for the morning.

Pros:

La proximité avec la Sagrada Familia, objectif de notre séjour.

Cons:

Un siège de douche pour personne handicapée aurait été apprécié pour ma fille en chambre handicapée. Il a fallu en acheter un pliable spécialement pour ce séjour donc surplus de bagage.

Terrible customer service. Never going back to that place.

The location. It was close to Sagrada Família and to many bakeries, groceries and super markets.

Cons:

We stayed at Hotel Sagrada Familia for seven nights and were disappointed with our experience, especially compared to when we stayed here 15 years ago.

Upon arrival, we were given a tiny room with no space for two large suitcases. After complaining, we were moved to a larger room. We asked whether the hotel provided room service and were told it did not, and that we would need to visit reception for items such as towels and toilet paper.

The room had visible mould on the bathtub shower screen, and water leaked onto the bathroom floor every time we showered. The toilet paper provided was poor quality, and when we requested more, reception staff laughed amongst themselves, which felt unprofessional.

A few days later, we returned to find our room had been cleaned, meaning housekeeping services were available after all. We were surprised because we had specifically been told otherwise.

The most serious issue involved the laundry service. One of our T-shirts went missing after being sent for washing. Reception refused to help and told us to email the hotel. Our emails and WhatsApp messages were ignored for weeks, and our repeated requests to speak with a manager were refused.

Only after we stated that we would escalate the matter to Barcelona Consumer Protection did the hotel respond. Their initial offer was a credit towards a future stay, which we found unreasonable given our experience. After further discussions, they finally reimbursed us for the missing item.

While we eventually received compensation, the poor communication, lack of accountability, maintenance issues, and handling of the laundry complaint mean we will not be returning.
